Nestled into a sloping forested landscape beside the Green River in Whistler, it offers a luxurious getaway for up to 16 guests. Merging raw natural beauty with elevated architectural design, it’s the perfect year-round base for snowboarders, skiers, hikers, and mountain bikers alike.
The Space:
This monolithic yet warm architectural home features hemlock ceilings, club-quality audio, and expansive living areas centered around a sunken entertainment kitchen and 40-foot glass doors that open onto a pool, hot tub, and forest-lined patio. It sleeps up to 16 guests across six distinct sleeping spaces:
• A king primary suite with forest views and a spa-quality en-suite
• Three queen bedrooms
• A six-bed bunk room perfect for kids or groups
• A cantilevered studio with two Peloton bikes and room for two guests
Designed for mountain lovers, the property includes a garage with snowboard racks and a dedicated drying room with an electric rack for gear.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, patio, garage, drying room, and studio. The property is fully equipped for both winter and summer adventures, with easy access to nearby heli-skiing and gondola trails.
