The Space:

The Ultimate Breckenridge Escape includes two units, each with fully stocked kitchens, fireplaces, and incredible steam showers. Both units share the balcony, which offers beautiful mountain views and plenty of space to relax and take in the scenery.



With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fold-out sofa, the larger unit comfortably sleeps six. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, new down comforters, and an attached master bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen bed. Both bedrooms have a television and a slew of natural light.



The great room of the large unit is truly great, with a massive fireplace as its focal point. The pull-out sleeper sofa is complemented by two super-comfy chairs. Watch television, talk, or just relax while you bask in the warmth of the natural wood tones. Next to the main seating area is the dining table with comfortable seating for six. The adjoining kitchen is open, bright, and ultra-modern. A dining island sits in the middle with seating for two.



The smaller unit has one bedroom, one bathroom, and a fold-out sofa. Coupled with a television, the fireplace is the main attraction in the living room of this space as well. For your convenience, the dining area is also adjacent to the equally amazing kitchen, and there is a breakfast bar with seating for two.

The bedroom has a king bed, dresser, nightstand, and vaulted ceiling. The bathroom has a walk-in steam shower. Both rooms have oodles of natural light.

In fact, each unit has an abundance of windows, allowing for a plethora of world-famous Colorado sunshine to join you in your stay. With premier quarters for 10, steam showers, and only two blocks off Main Street, the Ultimate Breckenridge Escape is mountain living at its finest.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to each unit and the shared patio.

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

• With Effortless Stay , every property is professionally cleaned to the highest standards after every stay. Our comprehensive turnover process ensures a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for all our guests.

•There is not guest access to the mailbox at this unit. Please do not have packages or deliveries made if you will not be present to receive them. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing mail/packages.

• *$50 fine for lost/damaged trash dumpster keycard.

•Please note we are not liable for left items. Returns incur a $50 fee plus shipping costs. Any items not claimed within 24 hours of checkout are donated or discarded.

• There is a $30 fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.
