Normal Heights is a highly walkable neighborhood — you can easily explore the vibrant Adams Avenue corridor on foot! From coffee shops and yoga studios to breweries, restaurants, and boutiques, most of the local favorites are just a 5- to 10-minute stroll away.

If you're heading to downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, the beaches, or other attractions, driving is easy and convenient. Major highways (I-805, I-8, and I-15) are just minutes from the home, making it quick to get anywhere in the city.

✔️ You’ll enjoy both privacy and community here. The home sits on a quiet street with rear-side neighbors, separated by a fence—so you can unwind peacefully, knowing friendly neighbors are close by but out of sight.

✔️ Please know your privacy and security is our priority. We have two recording cameras activated by motion overlooking the front patio and side door. All devises are on the exterior of the property.
