Waterfront Home on Wilmington Island - 15min to downtown Savannah & Tybee Island

Relax and recharge with the whole family at our tranquil, updated 1930s historic home located in an extremely quiet neighborhood on Wilmington Island - 15 minutes from historic downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from Tybee Island beach - but once you are greeted by the live oaks draped in Spanish moss and see the view of Half Moon River, we are pretty sure you won't want to leave this hidden oasis.
The downstairs consists of a fully stocked spacious kitchen, including an island for the family to gather around, with a connected family room for cozy movie nights. Guests may also enjoy a formal dining room that seats up to six, a formal living room with a large sectional, and a sunroom that has a breakfast table and another seating area for evening conversations while watching the sun set over the marsh. There is one bedroom, with a queen bed and two generous closets, on the first floor. The downstairs is completed by a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The upstairs consists of the spacious master suite, two additional bedrooms, and an additional full bathroom. The master suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, reading nook, and water view. The updated master bathroom has a soaking tub to enjoy after long days at the beach. The third bedroom has two twin beds while the fourth bedroom has a full bed. Each bedroom, as well as the family room, has a flat screen television.
We have a generous sized backyard that is fenced in on three sides (open to the marsh), which is great for dogs! Come enjoy the hammock, Adirondack chairs, and picnic table next to the charcoal grill.
We also have some beach gear that you are more than welcome to use (beach umbrella, beach chairs, toys, cooler, beach towels, etc.)!
- You will have access to the entire home except for one owner’s closet upstairs and one owner’s closet downstairs.
- We do allow two dogs, up to 50 pounds each. The pet fee is $150 per dog. We do ask that you confirm with us that they are on flea control. They are not allowed on furniture or bedding, doing so will result in an extra $250 cleaning fee. As much as we love all animals we ask that you please find alternate arrangements for all other pets (cats, birds, snakes, etc.). Thank you for your understanding!
- Our home has floor vents throughout the downstairs. We ask that you do not cover these vents with furniture as it results in trapped air.
- Please be a good neighbor! Our neighborhood observes quiet hours from 8pm to 8am.
- To maintain our home's safety and comfort, we can only accommodate the number of guests listed in your original booking. Neither additional or undisclosed guests nor parties or events are permitted as this affects our insurance and safety protocols. If this policy does not align to the intentions of your trip we kindly ask that you consider alternate accommodations. Not respecting this policy will result in the termination of your stay and being escorted from the property along with all other guests.
- We kindly ask that you do not use our fireplace.
** Please note, we do NOT allow bachelor or bachelorette parties at our home.**
