Sami Pines is a peaceful 3-bedroom cabin with a cozy living room, private hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms. The main floor includes the living space, kitchen, and deck. Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms. Guests can also enjoy a garage game room with arcade games, air hockey, shuffleboard, and a PS4. The cabin includes fast Wi-Fi, heating/AC, laundry, and free driveway parking.

Guests have full private access to the cabin, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and deck.

You may also use the garage game room, which includes an arcade machine, air hockey table, shuffleboard, and a PS4.

The driveway can accommodate 2–3 vehicles. Please note that Pine Mountain Lake charges a mandatory $50 gate entry fee per car, paid directly to the HOA at the security gate upon arrival.

We’re available if you need anything during your stay and are happy to help by message or phone. We give guests plenty of space to enjoy the cabin, but you can reach us anytime through the Airbnb app for quick support. Our local team is also nearby if something needs attention.

Sami Pines is located inside the peaceful Pine Mountain Lake community in Groveland, just a short drive from Yosemite’s west entrance. The neighborhood is surrounded by tall pines, quiet roads, and beautiful mountain views. Guests can enjoy access to the community’s lake, beaches, trails, golf course, and seasonal amenities.

Groveland’s historic Main Street is only a few minutes away with cafés, markets, and local dining. The area is safe, family-friendly, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Yosemite or enjoying the outdoors.

A car is the best way to get around Pine Mountain Lake and the Yosemite area. The cabin has parking for 2–3 vehicles in the driveway. The community is gated, so each car will register at arrival and pay the $50 PML entry fee.

Groveland’s Main Street, markets, cafés, and restaurants are a short drive away. Yosemite’s west entrance is about 35–40 minutes from the cabin, depending on traffic and weather.

Winter conditions can affect mountain roads, so guests should check forecasts and carry chains when required.

• The private hot tub is available for guest use. Please shower before entering and supervise children at all times

• Game Room: The garage includes an arcade machine, air hockey table, shuffleboard, and a PS4. Access is available during your stay.

• Exterior Security Cameras: Three cameras monitor the driveway, front door, and right side of the house for safety. No cameras inside or in private areas.

• Mountain Setting: Expect wildlife, changing weather, and occasional steep roads depending on the season.
Guest Count & Occupancy
Reservations must reflect the correct number of guests. The base rate includes 6 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person, per night. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests total, including children.

Pets (Dogs Only)
Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $50 fee per dog. Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns. Please include pets in your reservation. Dogs must be supervised or crated when left inside, kept off beds and furniture, and cleaned up after outdoors. Pets are not permitted in or near the hot tub.

Hot Tub
Please follow posted hot tub guidelines. No glass, and always replace and secure the cover after use.

Game Room
The garage game room is an optional bonus space featuring an arcade machine, air hockey, shuffleboard, and a PS4. Guests are welcome to enjoy it, or simply keep the space closed for a quieter, nature-focused stay.

Commercial Use
Small-scale photo or video shoots may be allowed with prior approval. Large crews, disruptive filming, or activities that violate Pine Mountain Lake community rules are not permitted. Please contact us before booking.

Pine Mountain Lake Gate Fee
Pine Mountain Lake requires a $50 gate entry fee per vehicle, per visit, paid directly to the HOA at the Main Gate upon arrival.

• No smoking inside the home
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM (Pine Mountain Lake community rule)

Trash & Wildlife
Please place all trash in the outdoor bin located under the stairs and secure the lid. The area is a wildlife habitat and proper disposal helps avoid attracting animals.
