Located in peaceful Platte City, about 10 minutes from KCI and close to historic Weston, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home accommodates up to 10 guests. It is a comfortable home base for wedding weekends, graduations, military and college events, family celebrations, work trips, and Weston getaways.
Room for everyone to settle in
All three private bedrooms are upstairs.
The primary suite features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combination. A second bedroom offers another king-size bed and Smart TV, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and dedicated workspace.
A second full bathroom upstairs features a walk-in shower.
Need flexible sleeping space? The main-level living room includes two queen-size futons, giving your group additional sleeping options without requiring stairs. A third full bathroom is also located on this level.
And this bathroom has something special: a steam shower included with your stay—a wonderful way to unwind after traveling, exploring, working, or celebrating.
Cook, gather & stay awhile
The open main level keeps everyone connected. Cook dinner while the rest of the group relaxes in the living room, gather around the table, or settle in for a movie around the Smart TV and electric fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real group stays, with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and everyday essentials.
An additional table can serve as a workspace or extend the dining setup, helping accommodate up to 10 for meals.
The backyard may become your favorite room
Step outside to your private fenced backyard and settle under the covered dining gazebo.
Start the morning with coffee outside. Fire up the gas grill for dinner. Gather around the fire feature as the evening slows down.
Sometimes the best part of a group trip is not on the itinerary—it is everyone lingering around the table because nobody is quite ready for the evening to end.

Throughout the home, you will find conveniences designed to make group travel easier, including bedside lamps with USB and USB-C charging, comfortable linens, Smart TVs, dedicated workspace, and a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.
Traveling with little ones? A high chair and Graco Travel Dome XL with crib/play-yard functionality are available.

Keyless garage access makes self check-in simple, especially when members of your group arrive at different times.
Bringing several vehicles? You will have a private 2-car garage plus parking for up to 4 additional vehicles in the driveway.
All three private bedrooms are upstairs and require stairs. However, the two queen-size futons and a full bathroom with steam shower are located on the main level, providing sleeping and bathroom options without going upstairs.
There are three exterior security cameras for safety and security: one at the front door, one at the fence gate, and one at the garage. They monitor exterior areas only and will be on during your stay. There are no cameras inside the home.
No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the home, in the backyard, or within 25 feet of the property.

A separate neighboring townhouse right next door can accommodate up to 10 additional guests when available—giving larger groups the option to stay close while still having their own space.
