An ideal escape for relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying Southern California’s wine-country charm.
The Space:
This stunning home unfolds across two expansive levels, each thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, style, and functionality.
The main level is an interior designer’s dream, filled with natural light from large windows and skylights throughout. At the heart of the home is a chef’s kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and everything needed for preparing meals or entertaining. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into a welcoming seating area and a dramatic great room featuring vaulted ceilings, a plush sofa, Smart TV, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace.
Also on the main floor is a powder room, a spacious game room tucked behind a charming barn door, and an impressive primary suite. The primary retreat features soaring ceilings, large windows, and a generous en-suite bathroom—offering a private and peaceful sanctuary.
The lower level provides exceptional flexibility and comfort, with three additional bedrooms, each offering direct outdoor access. This level also includes multiple bathrooms and a secondary living area, making it perfect for families or larger groups seeking space and privacy.

Fallbrook is known for its laid-back atmosphere, lush landscapes, and charming village feel. While the home feels tucked away and private, you’re still within easy driving distance of restaurants, shops, and Southern California attractions—making it the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience.
Getting Around:
The home is located in a peaceful, rural setting surrounded by nature and vineyards. Due to the secluded location, a car is recommended for getting around.
Monserate Winery is just steps away, making it easy to enjoy wine tasting and scenic views on foot. Downtown Fallbrook, with its local cafés, restaurants, and shops, is a short drive away. You’re also within driving distance of Temecula Wine Country, beaches in North County San Diego, and other Southern California attractions.
Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available but may have limited availability in this area, so planning ahead is encouraged.
Other Things to Note:
**This is a quiet, rural neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
*Outdoor security cameras are located facing the pool area, driveway, and front door.
*The treehouse is not accessible and should not be used or climbed on.
*One bedroom contains a sauna. Children are not allowed in the sauna and must never be left unattended nearby.
*The driveway is steep. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles total (2 in the driveway in tandem, up to 2 on the street). The garage is not available.
*The saltwater pool can be heated for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. Pool heating is not typically needed during summer months.
*Spa heating, when available, is included and activated on demand. Tampering with pool or spa settings will result in loss of amenity and forfeiture of the security deposit.
* 2 dogs max ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet.
* Kindly note there are stairs throughout the property.
*Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.
*Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.
*As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed lease and application are required. For stays of 60 nights or more, a signed lease, an application, and a refundable deposit are required (additional fees apply).
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
