IMPORTANT:

Access to Jaguar National Park is managed by local authorities and currently requires a government entrance fee for non-resident visitors. This fee is not included and may change without notice.

Transportation options and shuttle availability are subject to operational schedules and will be confirmed prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Getting around Tulum Centro is easy and convenient. Most restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops are within walking distance from the loft. Taxis are available, but we recommend renting a bike or scooter to explore the area more freely.

Biking is one of the most popular ways to get around; there are rental shops throughout town and many bike-friendly paths that connect to the beach and nearby cenotes. Taxis are widely available and affordable for short rides, especially to Tulum’s Hotel Zon the famous beachfront strip with world-class beach clubs, oceanfront restaurants, designer boutiques, and vibrant nightlife.



If you're planning to visit cenotes, beach clubs, or Mayan ruins, renting a scooter or car can be a convenient option. Colectivos (shared vans) are an affordable way to reach nearby destinations like Akumal, Coba, and Playa del Carmen. Other Things to Note:

**During your stay, we ask permission to access the property for maintenance service for your balcony plunge pool once a week or as needed. Please note that these visits are always scheduled after 3:00 PM, and we will coordinate with you to find the most convenient time within this window.





**For stays of 20 nights or longer, mandatory mid‑stay cleaning(s) are required (one per each 20‑night block). A standard cleaning fee applies per mid‑stay. Scheduling is coordinated with guests and includes a full linen change.
