This gorgeous getaway offers five comfortable bedrooms and a bonus room! Upstairs you’ll find the spacious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, a gas fireplace, a TV with cable, upscale décor, and a beautiful private bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub. The remaining bedrooms are all located on the lower level of this home. The second master bedroom also offers a king-sized bed and a gas fireplace along with a twin-sized sleeper chair. This bedroom features a beautiful private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub as well. The third bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed and a TV with cable. The fourth bedroom offers two twin sized beds while the fifth bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV with cable, and a twin sleeper chair. You’ll certainly appreciate the extra sleeping space in the bonus room which features two twin-sized bunk beds, a pool table, a foosball table, and a mini fridge. There is also a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the office area for additional sleeping arrangements.

And by the way, the other reason for the name The Starry Starry Night has more to do with the Hollywood history this home enjoys - having been built by a movie producer who entertained and accommodated many stars at this home. Vacation Rental Permit/License VRR-2024-2517
Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.

There are 5 available parking spots
Special Information Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Violation of any no-pet policy is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund due for unused portions of stay - violation may also result in a minimum $250.00 fine, plus charges for additional cleaning and any required repairs.

The following policy is required by the City of Big Bear Lake, and has been copied verbatim from city documents.
Do not exceed the occupancy limit.
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard.
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7.
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Not Pet friendly
Take trash to dumpster locations.
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines.
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction.
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
