Welcome to Gold Rush Lodge, a stunning 5 bedroom 7 bath home located in the desirable Fox Farm neighborhood. Boasting incredible craftsmanship with a rustic interior design, this home has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing mountain escape with family and friends. Step inside where you’ll find an open concept floor plan and high vaulted ceilings make this home feel spacious and inviting while its wood flooring and log style beams create an authentic cabin feel.

Inside the main floor living space, a large leather sectional and four armrest chairs provide plenty of seating in front of the fireplace and mounted flatscreen tv. Large windows provide natural lighting and incredible views of the surrounding pine trees without even having to step outside. A poker table and bar can be found just off the living room and provides hours of fun for you and your guests. The expansive kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Cook in luxury with Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an incredible kitchen island that provides seating for three. A coffee bar gives you the option to enjoy a cup of coffee at any time of the day. Additional seating for eleven can be found at the enormous dining room table so everyone can enjoy a family meal together. Head down the stairs to the bottom floor for access to a full size washer and dryer, full size bathroom and game room (COMING SOON).
If you’re in need of some fresh air, step outside on the deck and enjoy the flawless Big Bear weather. Access can be found through a set of sliding glass doors located on the main level.  Sit back and relax on the patio furniture and enjoy the sounds of nature or prepare your dinner with a view as you barbeque on the propane grill.

When you’re ready to settle down from your Big Bear adventure, head back inside where 5 bedrooms wait to provide you with the utmost comfort. The main level offers one bedroom which includes a queen size bed with a private bathroom. Upstairs on the top level of the home, the remaining 4 bedrooms can be found. The first bedroom on this level includes a  king size bed and an attached bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms all offer queen size beds and attached bathrooms with one being a half bath. Mounted flatscreen tv’s can be conveniently found in all 5 bedrooms allowing everyone to enjoy a movie from the comfort of their bed.

When you stay at Gold Rush Lodge, you’re not just getting an incredibly luxurious home with stunning mountain views. You’re also getting a great location that is close to a variety of fun Big Bear activities. Big Bear Alpine Zoo is a 6 minute drive from the home and is a great opportunity to view many different rehabilitated animals. During the winter, Bear Mountain Ski Resort and Snow Summit Ski Resort are both only a 7 minute drive, giving you quick and easy access to some of the best slopes in Southern California. During the Summer, Ski Beach Park and the lake are only 2 miles from the home. The Village Shopping center is a quick 3 mile drive and has everything from restaurants and bars to nightlife activities.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
