ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION
It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out in the backyard being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 10 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.
Rules of the house:
- No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 10 people allowed in the house
- Max occupancy of 10 people must be respected
- Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before arrival as there will be a pet fee
- Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok)- There will be fine for smoking indoors
- There will be a charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
- There will be charge per duvet cover for any stained/ruined duvet cover
- There will be charge per sheet for any stained/ruined sheet
- There will be charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors have zero tolerance for noise disturbance. There are noise monitoring devices and cameras. Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
