Awesome house

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, Hollywood Hills home. House was clean, had beautiful views, and we enjoyed the pool overlooking the valley. House was more than what was advertised and would highly recommend it!!

Amazing Studio City home

This is a beautiful and well maintained property with phenomenal views over the valley. The hosts are fantastic and communicated very effectively throughout the process. The home is very nicely decorated and feels like a real LA home. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

The home was beautiful and the pool views were amazing. It was the perfect place for our family to get together and relax after a day of sight seeing. When we are together we love to cook and the kitchen was well stocked and a joy to cook in. Linda was a great communicator and made check in and out easy. Would love to return.

Great LA experience

Well appointed private house in modernist Bauhaus style with matching interiors. All as advertised. Sweeping views. Very relaxed atmosphere in quiet hillside neighbourhood with shops 10mns away. Good location to explore LA.

Lovely time - amazing views!!

Absolutely stunning views! Linda was easy to communicate with. Great kitchen to cook with friends. The layout (one bedroom upstairs, two downstairs) made it easy to share. The pool is amazing and we spent most of our time there. (Be aware that there are no stairs into the lap pool, just a ladder. That was fine by us.) Very convenient to Universal Studios. Had a great time and hope to be back!

Fantastic house, location and host

We had an amazing stay at this home and the host is friendly, helpful and responsive. It was honestly one of the best vacation rentals we have ever experienced. The house is well designed with lots of open space, beautiful and comfortable furniture and a kitchen with state of the art appliances and plenty of cookware and utensils for family meals. The highlight of the property of course is the swimming pool and hot tub. We had many relaxing evenings swimming and watching the sunset. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the view from the deck is amazing. In fact, we were planning to find the vista view from La La Land, however, there was no need as the view from the deck is even better. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

great location

The location is great, stunning views, and quick access to Hollywood and surrounding area. There were a few items not working (dishwasher, lights out, cleaning supplies). The dishwasher took a few days, but otherwise the owner was very responsive and addressed everything. The house itself is nice, especially the kitchen and upstairs views. The master bedroom had a few things that made it awkward for 2 adults: 1) Small closet with not much light. 2) Bathroom and shower with no doors, and toilet in the shower. Overall, we enjoyed our 3-week stay quite a bit.

We endeavor to supply paper towels, trash bags etc. but sometimes things run out. All supplies were ordered immediately and delivered. This is not a hotel and yes sometimes you need to buy your own . The light has been changed there is also another gigantic closet downstairs that can be used. The "choice" of not having doors is a personal design choice. That being said there are 3 other bathrooms to use and 2 complete other bathrooms . The pictures I posted show exactly the set up. We have a European aesthetic in the house. The house is 3000 sq. Feet, Surely plenty for 2 adults. Yes sometimes things break and the dishwasher was fixed in a few days. The house is packed with supplies. That being sad I heard more from this guest than from another guest that I have ever rented to over 3 years.

Amazing views and very convenient!

Wow! This place had an amazing view from every room and a great deck and pool that are the entire length of the home. The entire back of the house has floor to ceiling glass doors going out to multiple decks, all overlooking the city. At night you overlook the lights of the city from your bed, or the living room or the kitchen or the outside deck. In the morning you overlook the waking city and can open the doors and hear the birds. The entire place feels super private and the beds are really comfortable. The home is really convenient to all of the main LA attractions. I had been worried about this, but we went to Griffith observatory, Hollywood Blvd, Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, the Tar Pitts, Malibu and so on and it all seemed really convenient. Studio City (where the house is located) has a nice Trader Joe’s and another grocery store convenient to the home plus a cute area with some good restaurants. Overall we loved our stay in this home!

Superbe villa

Magnifique maison. Bien équipée. Sperbe piscine avec spa. Vue magnifique. Quartier calme. A proximité des studios universal, de griffith Park. Santa Monica n'est pas loin. Annonce conforme à la réalité. L'hôte Linda est disponible et répond rapidement. Les instructions étaient claires. Je recommande.

LA Vacation 2022

Outstanding location; midpoint of all the places we visited. The pool and outstanding views are every bit as good as they look in the photos. The house was perfect for us with the four of us able to have private and group moments. Beautifully laid out with great wall to wall windows on both floors. Linda was very responsive and worked hard to make everything wonderful for us!

Amazing stay!

We loved Linda’s house! The view is amazing and the pool was a perfect temperature during our stay, so my kids could swim even in the morning when it was a little chilly out. Linda was great about communicating with me right away. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house was close to everything we wanted to do (Universal, Beverly Hills, etc). Would stay again!

Family Stay

We really enjoyed the property and our stay. The location was great and easy to get to Universal, hiking, Beverly Hills, and Westwood. We really enjoyed the views and the pool/hot tub combination. The property was well stocked with everything we needed.

A perfect oasis.

Linda's property is absolutely lovely. Perfectly appointed indoors. And glorious poolside. Photos can't capture the view -- its breathtaking. The Studio City location is central to everything ... and you don't need to go any further than "down the hill" for excellent food and every amenity your family would want. Thanks Linda. We'll be back!

Our Stay in the Dreamhouse

Where do I begin? The fabulous location and view? The sexy warm pool and spa? The Gaggenau kitchen appliances that I was literally “gagging” over? The gorgeous fabric used on drapery? The magnificent art collection? The beautiful Venetian plastered walls and metallic paint and wallpaper? The fun coloured lighting throughout? The adorbs succulent collection sprinkled about? The tasteful blending of antiques and modern? Or the all-around, drop-dead stunning architecture of the entire house itself??? Hmm? I can’t decide where to start ….so I’ll just finish with the best….the hosts. Linda and Feliks went out of their way to make my birthday weekend with my family extra special during a challenging time for us. I loved their home so much, and was very sad to leave it. We’ll be back. Thank you both very much. Robert, Stu, Tara and Drew….and little Moxie too! Na zdrowie!

Fantastic Hilltop LA Retreat

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home perched at the top of a hill in Studio City. The house is was modern and spacious with more than enough space for our family of five. The pool and hot tub were the highlights of the property, especially at night with the twinkling lights of LA below you as you float in the long and narrow pool. The location is great as there are wonderful restaurants nearby and you are 20-30 minutes to most of the neighborhoods we visited. This home is a find and is well worth it.
