Enjoy breathtaking open-water views from this spacious waterfront RV lot in the desirable Venture Out community of the Lower Florida Keys. This oversized 35' x 69' RV lot features a 35-foot seawall that can comfortably accommodate boats up to 32 feet, making it ideal for boating, fishing, and enjoying the Keys lifestyle.
The lot is enhanced with mature palm trees, a concrete driveway, and a concrete patio, creating a clean and functional outdoor space. Two concrete picnic tables provide ample room for outdoor dining, while a concrete bench on the dock offers the perfect place to relax and take in the stunning open-water views. Dock amenities include cleats for tying up a boat and a swim ladder for easy water access. A storage box is also included for added convenience.
This is RV Lot 105 and is offered as an RV lot only. No RV is provided. No WiFi or cable is included. The lot is equipped with 110/50/30 amp electrical hookups and is ready for your RV setup. Please note: stays at this RV lot are limited to a maximum of two consecutive weeks per reservation.

Nearby restaurants and bars include Square Grouper Bar & Grill & My New Joint to enjoy some exquisite meals and craft cocktails, Broil Steakhouse is well known for their amazing steaks and service, Boondocks Grille & Draft House is a fun, family friendly huge tiki bar and restaurant with miniature golf, Looe Key Bar has live music nightly and The Bent Prop you can dine on the water! Close by is Murray's Market and Winn-Dixie for your grocery needs. Renters must be 25 years or older, and overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, all of whom must be registered with the Rental Manager. Furthermore, up to 2 dogs are permitted per Venture Out Regulations. Check-in time is at 4pm, and check-out time is at 10am unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Property Manager prior to arrival. To safeguard both guests and the property owner, a refundable $150 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The main guest of the reservation will be required to submit a copy of your driver's license to the Rental Manager for our records.
