This 2 bedroom, one bath home is located in Venture Out on Cudjoe Key, FL. 23 miles outside of Key West!. Venture Out is a gated community that features, community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, a private ramp, unit is 85 yards from ramp, easy for lunching kayaks. This unit was built in 2017. There is a dishwasher, grill, TV and free WIFI. The unit includes 2 adult bikes, 2 person Kayak and Paddle board at no extra charge.

ATTENTION: The community charges a security/registration fee upon arrival to the renter. The fee will be $116.28 plus $8.72 in tax. This fee is not included in your reservation. Also, there are fees for more than one car or trailer storage. Overflow parking is first come, first served basis.

Really comfortable place, nice space, good AC, spacious kitchen. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Didn't need/use bikes or kayak or paddleboard but a nice feature to have. Would certainly come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in the Venture Out Community. The location was conveniently near the Community Store where the clerk was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Easy check-in and check-out. Alain was very prompt in answering the few questions we had. The layout of this quiet home was comfortable with the open kitchen in the middle. Well-stocked with supplies and amenities. Excellent WiFi. Would stay here again.

Nice stay at Venture Out

Good location near Bahia Honda park one of our favorite places in the Keys. Close to Key West for a day trip. Double kayak was a very nice plus.

Thanksgiving and late anniversary vacation stay

Timely communication, friendly and informative staff at guard gate and community store, even opened on Thanksgiving. Two person kayak and 2 bikes provided at home was a plus. Great location, secure and quiet community.

Fantastic Getaway with a Great area

We had a great time! The host was great and communicated well. The entire home was wonderful and felt like home. We got to enjoy the pool, the view, and lots of shopping close by! You will love it too!

This was my 2 nd stay in Venture out 316. Love the location, the house is clean, in good repair and has everything you need. The owner are very responsive to any questions. Won’t hesitate to stay here a third time!!

Loved the stay here. The home was perfect for us. Comfortable and clean. Venture out was an awesome and safe community. Everyone was so friendly. The pool, hot tub, and snorkeling area was so much fun. If we come back to the Keys we would definitely stay here again.

Great trip to the Keys!

Wonderful property exactly as pictured. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, convenient location. The complex was also very clean and safe. Owners always responded quickly to our questions. Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect size for a family of three! 25min to Key West!

Wonderful covered porch, we even sat out there when it rained! Clean, great layout (bedrooms are on opposite ends!) Close enough to Key West to go daily, but yet affordable. Little convenient store came in handy when we need something. Great restaurants around! Overall, we would stay there again!

Our Adventure at Venture Out

This was our 2nd stay in Venture Out and it was a lovely week. The villa was very comfortable and nicely done! The park is very clean and beautiful with lots of amenities! We will be back!

Paradise Found

The property was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. It's very well located in the Venture Out community. Really loved the big couch and TV in the den, and the king size bed slept incredibly. We will go back!

Fantastic

We enjoyed our time at Venture Out in this lovely home. The bikes, kayak, and paddle board were a bonus. The place had everything we needed, was nicely kept, and beds were comfortable. We were only 30 minutes from Key West. We also enjoyed the various activities at Venture Out.

The best experience

One of the best and easiest VRBO rentals we have used! The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and extremely quick responses with any questions we had. The property was nice and exactly how it was listed. So many amenities and things to do on the property we didn't get to do them all, bit we will next time! Bikes, kayaks, pool, fishing, hot tub, and more! Definitely looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend.

Terrible location

The property was pictured in an arial view with only 1/2 a dozen other homes around it, when we arrived, we were sandwiched into an extremely packed trailer park. The view from the porch was an RV you could reach and touch. You have to pay a large fee to get inside to see this horrible property that is non-refundable when you decide to leave. I am never usually one to right reviews, but I really feel a need to warn people not to stay here. The owner would never talk to me directly only online messages. The bikes could not be ridden due to flat tires. There is only one kayak and paddleboard. Nothing cozy or relaxing to report about this property. Be warned !

We will definitely be back

This was not our first trip to The Keys, but our first time staying in Venture Out . The unit is very well maintained and very well equipped with ANYTHING you will need. The Kenner’s are very quick to respond to any questions you may have. The community itself is very friendly and feels very secure. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool , as well as the tiki huts and chairs where we watched the sunrise. We had a very relaxing, very enjoyable stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again.
