The Space:
Settle into a straightforward, comfortable condo designed for easy mountain getaways. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms across two levels, it’s a great fit for families and small groups looking for a convenient launch point near the Village and the slopes.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own TV, while the bunk room is set up with multiple twin options to keep the kids happy. You’ll also have access to communal coin-operated laundry to streamline longer stays, along with a laptop-friendly workspace for checking in with the office.
When you’re not out exploring, enjoy access to the Mammoth Estates community amenities, including a community pool, dry sauna, pool table, ping pong, pinball machines, and coin laundry.

Important Things to Note:
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the parking area. Parking passes are required and must be hung on the interior mirror of each vehicle with unit number facing out. Parking passes can be found inside the unit on the coat rack. Please return parking passes to the unit before your departure. If guests do not return parking passes, you will be charged an additional $100 fee.
• This 2-story condo is located on the 2nd floor. Access to this condo requires climbing flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
• Communal coin laundry are available for guest use.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Due to Mammoth’s remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
• Community amenities: Pool, hot tub, sauna, rec room w/pool table and ping pong are shared within the Mammoth Estates community.
• Rec Room hours are from 10am-10pm.
• Hot tub hours are from 2pm-10pm.
• Sauna hours are from 5pm-10pm.
• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
