This beautiful 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is on the 4th floor of Tower 2, directly beside the lagoon pool, and features the best one-bedroom floor plan on the beach, with every room facing the ocean. This condo has been fully updated with a high-quality kitchen and bathroom featuring custom cabinets, exotic granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Relax in the beautifully furnished living area or step out onto the private 30-foot curved balcony to enjoy spectacular ocean views and incredible sunsets.

The condo is very nice and the balcony is excellent! We had a hiccup upon check in on a Sunday evening but this was resolved immediately that night and at no fault of the owner / host. Dawn made sure that we were taken care of and we were very satisfied and happy with our stay. The beach access is very close. We had a wonderful time. We could not get the bedroom TV to work but we really didn’t watch it anyway and in all fairness we did not report this to Dawn. But maybe should be checked for future guests. We would stay here again and Dawn was an excellent host.

Overall, we were happy with the unit. There were a handful of things that need to be updated. The ceiling fan in the bedroom does not have a pull cord, so you cannot change the fan setting. Also, there is no overhead light in the bedroom. I would suggest a new ceiling fan with a light fixture. We were not able to get the TV in the bedroom to work. Also, the bathtub cannot be filled, as the stopper does not work. The water runs out as you fill it. In need of updating, I would say, are the mattress, the couch and chair in the living room. These things were all in fair condition, but not very comfortable to sit or sleep in.

Great unit on the beach!!! Easy access, easy parking, pools, pool bar and restaurant, and free beach chairs and umbrella was a great added bonus! Walking distance to many local restaurants and activities. Everyone was so nice! Views from the balcony were amazing!

Everything was true to the listing for this property. We had a great time and it was very easy to check in and out. Communication was exceptional with the property manager and we had a nice relaxing vacation getaway for the winter.

Great Stay!

Great location! Loved the pool especially since had mostly double flags most of the time. Ease of getting to the 4th floor was very nice along with the check-in and check-out process. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome condo....awesome location

This was our second time staying at this condo, and once again our stay was awesome, the location is perfect. Condo was clean and well-kept, kids loved the view from the balcony and they also love the pool. Can't wait to come back and stay again.

Wonderful

My husband and our 4 year old daughter stayed her for a week in August. Location was perfect, condo was everything we needed. The pool was very kid friendly and the reserved beach chairs was an great extra. Highly recommend and plan to visit again.
