- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- Parking is available for 10+ vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.
- Heated pool fee is $150/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.
- For safety purposes we have several exterior cameras located around the outside of the property/home. We also have one camera solely for liability purposes in the pool room.
- Guests are asked to remain within the fenced property boundaries and avoid entering the surrounding shrubbery. This is a natural area with local wildlife such as rattlesnakes, bobcats, and coyotes, and occasional gophers may be present in the yard. Staying aware while outdoors helps ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
