Great Space for Retreat

We had about 30 adults and collegians stay in this house, and it still felt like plenty of space for the shared living spaces. The host was very communicative, which helped a lot.

Great location for soccer team showcase

Our team had to change locations from Arizona to California with a 2 month notice. Searching VRBO we found this amazing house that fit the team perfectly. The location has amazing views and the accommodations were as described and just what was needed for a group of 23. Definitely would stay here again if playing at the Silverlakes Complex in Norco. Quick 25-30 minute drive to the complex with many options for food and shopping along the way.

Women’s Retreat

Hello, I rented the house for a women’s retreat this weekend. We had many questions about the house, checking in late and checking out late and each time Richard was always kind to return the phone call or text. The house is really spacious and allowed us to have a spa day, Pajama Party, Gala Night, Cook offs, and so many other amazing things. The ladies wouldn’t of felt as appreciated and loved without all the support Richard gave us. I’m totally recommending this home to friends and family members. Its quite, spacious, has central air, and so many games. Not to mention that the stores are about 15-20 minutes away. And the view at night so lovely.

Perfect for our family.

We were a family group of ten (10) adults, six (6) youth and two (2) children from out of state that stayed overnight at the house, plus six (6) local family members that joined us there during the day. The occasion of our gathering was the Memorial and Celebration of Life for our family matriarch. The Hillside Mansion, with its multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and large kitchen served our gathering very well. Our host, Richard, was readily accessible and always helpful. The ping-pong table, foos-ball and billiard tables were popular forms of entertainment and friendly competition. Though some of the amenities, such as the outside furniture and games, were a little weather worn. The property has some truly lovely views of Lake Matthews and the surrounding area. The only significant draw-back to this beautiful home (for us) was its remote location. It is centrally located, equal distances (20 minutes driving) from Perris, Riverside or Corona. Making a trip to the grocery store, gas station, bank or other business a minimum of a one hour trip. That said, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again should the occasion arise.

Excellent!

The house is beautiful! We got lucky and came late spring and the view of the hills and the lake were amazing! We had 25 and there were plenty of towels and bedding for all of us. Owner was super responsive and helpful. If I needed another large house in this area, I would definitely book again.

Spectacular Mansion

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely be staying there again. The home is huge but it still felt like home. Our host Richard was phenomenal and went above and beyond in making our stay so special. The kitchen in the home is something right out of a magazine. Plenty of comfy beds and lots of bathrooms too. Our children and grandchildren especially loved the pool table, corn hole, foosball table and ping pong table. We can't even begin to say how beautiful the views are, especially from the Master bedroom Suite. Great time for all of us and many memories were made and will be cherished for a very long time.

Truly an experience

Richard was very responsive and was a great host. The property itself is amazing. Very large and perfect for large groups. It is safe and gated with plenty of driveway space. There were plenty of shampoo, towels, etc. Kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house was so nice, and better in person than in the pictures. There were cameras out front that weren’t listed but everything else was amazing and I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House

Great spacious house for large groups and plenty of activities to do in the house (pool table, ps4, cornhole, table tennis, etc). Richard was very responsive during our stay and made sure our stay was good!

Beautiful Inland Empire property

The property was beautiful inside and out and Richard was very communicative and friendly. This trip was all adults but we may book another with adults and kids as the house would be a fine place for families!

Excellent place to get away

The owners of this place describe it exactly the way it is. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the views. Place is beautiful inside and out. Very clean. Would love to come back and do another retreat here. Highly recommend.

My large party and I stayed at this property for three days and two nights. It was so beautiful, and Richard provided so many amenities for us! The place was beautiful and we had so much fun staying here. The place is so spacious and has so much to do! We LOVED this place, and so will your group!

Great Experience!

A perfect house for team building with a View!

I recently rented this property for a 3 night leadership retreat and it worked out better than expected! The house was beautiful and accommodated my group perfectly. We used the upstairs for a meeting room and had big kitchen cook offs for dinner! In the evenings we enjoyed time on the patio by the fire over looking Lake Mathews! The Host, Richard was awesome! He was very responsive by phone and even brought us a basketball and checked on us often! I would definitely use this property or one of Richard’s properties in the future!

Awesome, huge house. Great for large groups.

My team stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. It was super clean and really nice inside and outside. It slept 25 of us comfortably. The house is well set up for communal meals - big kitchen and refrigerator, solid propane grill, etc. There are lots of nice gathering spaces, inside and out, and tons of entertainment options. The fire pit out front is a great spot for nighttime hangouts with city views. I'd recommend it for teams, family reunions, or any kind of large gathering.
