Welcome to your modern getaway! This brand-new home sits on a peaceful street and features stylish finishes, new furniture and appliances, and a cozy patio with green turf—perfect for lounging or dining outdoors. Enjoy the ideal layout for comfort and privacy, with both bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a convenient powder room downstairs. A perfect mix of comfort, style, and modern convenience for your next stay.
The space
As you enter through the main door, you’re greeted by a bright, open-concept space that seamlessly connects the living room, breakfast area, and kitchen. Abundant natural light pours in through the French doors leading to the inviting patio. The modern kitchen showcases elegant quartz countertops, shaker-style cabinets with brass gold handles, and brand-new appliances—perfect for both everyday living and entertaining. To the left of the entryway, a set of sleek wooden stairs leads to the upper level, where you’ll find two spacious master suites. One features a king-size bed, the other a queen, and both include walk-in closets with custom shelving. The primary bathroom offers dual sinks for added comfort and convenience.
Nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood where friendly neighbors stroll with their dogs, this home exudes warmth and tranquility. Enjoy your morning coffee on the charming patio or unwind in the front yard surrounded by a calm, walkable community. Conveniently located near scenic parks, popular restaurants, and lively shopping malls, this home perfectly blends modern style, functionality, and an inviting neighborhood atmosphere.

We are happy to have you as our guest, and we want to ensure that everyone can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood. To that end, we ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors and the community by refraining from making loud noises after 10pm.
Pets are welcome, but must be disclosed ahead of time. This includes the type and number of pets. A small fee may be added to cover any additional cleaning expenses.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere! If there is a need to remove the scent of smoking from inside the property, an additional fee for cleaning and time spent will be charged.
In regard to events, our primary focus is to provide a peaceful and relaxing space for our guests. While we typically do not allow events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you'd like. Please contact us with your specific event details; we will gladly discuss the possibilities.
Also, if you are interested in using our house for filming purposes, we also offer you availability. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together.
Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy:
Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee. Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.
