There are two parking spots available on the premises, both of which are uncovered. Street parking is permitted, does not require a parking permit, and there are no street parking requirements or restrictions. Kindly ensure all vehicles are parked in designated and permitted areas at all times to avoid tickets, fines, or towing.

1. Guests must complete third-party verification process and submit a copy of their identification to match at check-in.

We are a family-friendly property and gladly welcome children ages 2 and above. All guests — including children — must be included in the total guest count at the time of booking to ensure we are properly prepared for your stay.
Please note that pets are not allowed on the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Kindly review our House Rules for additional information before your stay.
EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $100/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.
VENDORS:
Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home and yard. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS!
We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges. Sink into the sounds of the canyon solitude, peaceful nights, and starry stars...
CHERISH:
Some of the things visitors to Los Angeles cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.
CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!
WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered kangaroo mice. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.
FIRE ZONE:
Our home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone
(VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property.
NO SMOKING:
Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking home. The use of cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, marijuana, or any other substances that produce smoke or vapor, as well as the burning of candles, is strictly prohibited indoors. If you choose to smoke, it must be done outdoors at least 15 feet away from all exterior doors. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $250 fee.
BACKYARD FENCING:
While we do have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. City critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.
EV CHARGER:
There is no EV charger available at the home. However, there are nearby public EV charging stations within a short drive for guest convenience, including ChargePoint charging stations located near 9265 Burton Way, 450 N Crescent Dr, and 242 N Beverly Dr in Beverly Hills, all offering public access charging options.
