The comfortable “Holzdeck” vacation apartment, complete with its own parking space, is available for your stay. You’re also welcome to enjoy the beautiful, sunny garden area with a beach chair. Dear guests, a warm welcome to you! We offer a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

“Holzdeck”: A quietly located, comfortably furnished 3-room vacation apartment on the mezzanine level. Designed for 2 to 4 people, spacious, with approximately 63 square meters of living space. The living room (cable TV/DVD/radio/CD player/free Wi-Fi) features a cozy sitting area and dining area. The two bedrooms—one of which features cable TV with a built-in DVD player, an iPod/iPhone-compatible alarm clock, an iron, and an ironing board—have either a double bed or two single beds and, like the other rooms, feature laminate flooring. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and electric kettle. Beautiful bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer.
You can park your car for free directly on the property.
The apartment has central heating, offering you comfort and coziness year-round, and is reserved for non-smokers.
Feel free to use the garden and terrace as well.

The apartment’s initial amenities include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered disability certificate
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
