In the heart of Warnemünde, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the Alter Strom, and within sight of the Warnemünde Lighthouse, the Kapitänshaus Fröhlich offers the Tom, Felix, and Fröhlich vacation apartments for a relaxing vacation. Dear guests, welcome to the Kapitänshaus Fröhlich!
We offer you a cozy vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

Located on the first floor of the Kapitänshaus Fröhlich, the quietly situated Fröhlich vacation apartment is available for guests. The vacation apartment is approximately 65 square meters in size, modernly furnished, fully equipped with high-quality PVC flooring, and features a living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms—each with a double bed ( 2.TV) —and a bathroom with a bathtub and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. In the living room, you’ll find satellite TV, a radio, a CD/Blu-ray player, and free Wi-Fi.

The vacation rental is for non-smokers only and offers ample space for up to 4 people.


The apartment’s initial supply includes one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels,, dish towels, and a shower mat).

In the same building, you can also rent the 2-room vacation rental “Felix” as well as the 3-room apartment “Tom,” each accommodating 2–4 people.


The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.


Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
