We’re here for you all year round and offer vacation apartments with modern and comfortable amenities in a quiet, central location in the heart of Warnemünde. Our vacation apartments, located at Poststraße 4 in an idyllic, landscaped courtyard, are reserved for non-smokers. The beach, the harbor, and the train station are all about a 5-minute walk away. We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
This comfortable 3-room vacation apartment, “Sonnenflut,” spans the first floor and the first floor. On the first floor, you’ll find the entryway and a shower room. A steep staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa and satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds (2nd TV/DVD), a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), and a modern, spacious shower room. You’re welcome to relax in the green courtyard.

Renovated in 2024 and partially refurnished, this vacation rental is approximately 80 square meters in size, equipped for 4 people, and reserved for non-smokers.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).


At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.
