Just about 100 meters from the Baltic Sea beach in Warnemünde! Our modern, spacious 2-room vacation apartment, “Seeschnecke,” located on the 2nd floor of the “Düne” building, is approximately 60 square meters in size and accommodates 2 to 3 people. The building has an elevator that allows you to easily reach your vacation home from the underground parking garage. Dear guests, a warm welcome to you! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.

The “Residenz im Kurpark,” comprising the buildings “Sanddorn,” “Bernstein,” and “Düne,” was built in 2008 right next to the Warnemünde Kurpark. From here, it’s only about 100 meters to the beach. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the “Düne,” “Bernstein,” and “Sanddorn” buildings, we offer tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 4 people for rent. The apartments are equipped with a TV, radio, CD player, DVD player, and fully equipped kitchens; they feature hardwood floors and have spacious balconies or terraces.

Our modern, spacious 2-room vacation apartment “Seeschnecke” in the “Düne” building on the 2nd floor is approximately 60 square meters and accommodates 2 to 3 people. The building has an elevator, allowing you to easily reach your vacation home from the underground parking garage. The living room (radio/CD/TV/DVD, free Wi-Fi) features a large glass front opening onto the balcony and is equipped with a sleeper sofa and a dining area. The bedroom features a double bed and a second TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. A beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer is also available. You can use the washer and dryer in the apartment. You can park your bicycles in the bike storage room and your car in the underground parking garage free of charge.
The apartment has hardwood floors and is reserved for non-smokers.

The initial supply for the apartment includes a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).


Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
