Right on the beach promenade in Warnemünde, at the PROMENADENHAUS BERRINGER, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation. We offer comfortably furnished vacation apartments of various sizes, some with fantastic views of the lighthouse, the sea, or the marina. Dear guests, welcome to the Promenadenhaus Berringer! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.

The “Krabbe” vacation apartment, situated in a prime beachfront location, offers a side view of the Alter Strom and the marina from its balcony. It measures 70 square meters, is a corner unit on the 1st floor, and is reserved for 2 to 4 people (non-smokers). The apartment features a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a hair dryer; a large living room with a beautiful dining area in the bay window and an adjoining south-facing balcony overlooking the park (flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio with CD player, free Wi-Fi), two bedrooms with double beds and TVs, and a top-of-the-line built-in kitchen with all the necessary amenities. You can easily reach the apartment via the elevator.


The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat)

The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

Bakeries, restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
