We offer you a beautiful and well-equipped vacation apartment at Landhaus Immenbarg, quietly situated on the outskirts of the lovely Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach. Enjoy nature, the maritime atmosphere, and watch the migration of the cranes in spring and fall.

The “Warnow” vacation rental, located on the first floor, is approximately 43 square meters and accommodates up to 4 people. All rooms are bright and inviting. The windows and patio doors are equipped with insect screens. The apartment features a living room with a double sofa bed (satellite TV/radio/DVD, free Wi-Fi), a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a double bed, and a new bathroom with a shower. On the attached south-facing terrace, which is approximately 15 square meters in size, you can relax in a beach chair or take a seat at the table with comfortable chairs. Unwind in our beautiful vacation apartment and enjoy your well-deserved vacation on the Baltic Sea.
We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

A washing machine and dryer (for a fee, coin-operated) are available in an adjacent building.

At “Landhaus Immenbarg,” pet owners are welcome to bring their pets (maximum of 1 dog). Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the house and on the property. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

A bike rental shop and a horseback riding center are located nearby. Via the well-developed bike and hiking trails, you can easily reach the Warnemünde golf course, the wide Baltic Sea beach, and downtown Warnemünde.
You can park your car in your own free parking space right next to the house and store your bicycles in a lockable, covered communal area.

Severely disabled 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons with 80% or more disability, accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference participants, travelers passing through, locals
