Esta hermosa propiedad de 4 dormitorios en el corazón de la Plaza Central ofrece excelentes vistas del Anfiteatro Marino y las azules aguas del golfo. Ingrese por el lobby y tome el ascensor que se abre directamente hacia el vestíbulo. Los techos de doce pies en el vestíbulo exhiben un muro en pendiente inclinado. El primero de los cuatro dormitorios se encuentra justo al lado del vestíbulo.

Las habitaciones cuentan con una cama con plataforma incorporada con un colchón tamaño queen y un televisor de pantalla plana. Al otro lado del pasillo hay un medio baño. Desde el vestíbulo se accede a una de las terrazas exteriores. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cómoda cama tamaño queen y un televisor de pantalla plana. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama king, con un televisor de pantalla plana. También una nueva adición de literas tamaño queen. Tanto el segundo como el tercer dormitorio comparten un baño de tamaño completo con combinación de bañera y ducha. El último dormitorio es el lujoso dormitorio principal con cama king size, terraza privada y una relajante bañera en la esquina opuesta. El baño principal contiguo tiene una ducha de vapor y dos lavabos.

Frente al golfo tiene un plano de planta abierto. La hermosa mesa de comedor de madera tiene cómodos asientos para diez. La cocina contigua tiene electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama, encimeras de cuarzo blanco y gris y una barra de desayuno con asientos para cuatro. Un sofá seccional se enfrenta a la chimenea de gas y TV de pantalla plana de alta definición. También hay un rincón relajante con vista al jardín del evento y conduce a una terraza exterior con muebles de exterior hechos a medida. Bellas obras de arte se pueden encontrar en toda la casa.

Can't beat the location. Spacious property with three outdoor balcony areas. We spread out with our teenagers and their friends. The property managers were responsive and always got right back to us.

Property is conveniently located. The overall place was good. But the lighting in the bathroom is awful. The master shower took forever to get hot water. This place could use some TLC to fix many maintenance issues. If your arriving in the dark do your research cause it is not marked well and was very hard to locate.

The only minor downside was that it only had 2 full baths and that was only a problem when getting all the kiddos bathed after the beach. We would definitely rent this property again🤗

Amazing Location!

Reviewer Comments: The unit was very comfortable and spacious, with a location that can’t be beat. 1 minute walk to restaurants and shops, and 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to any of the pools. A/C worked great which was super important in the middle of July. The home is in need of some TLC, as we encountered several issues. While not “showstoppers”, in aggregate they were pretty annoying. Problems included many burned out light bulbs, or very low watt bulbs, light fixtures that did not work, shower faucets that didn’t work properly, toilets that ran after being flushed, and a few other minor issues. The carpet could use a good cleaning. The staff was super nice and communicative.

Few things to address: We requested the carpet stains be cleaned upon arrival but never heard back. We also didn't have toilet paper in the bathrooms to start out which was strange. There were lots of lights that did not work and were digital keyboards for fans and lights with no instructions. The AC unit froze on the warmer day when we needed AC. Just a few things I thought you should know as we are owners in Water Color but our house is under remodel so we rented this trip.

Lovely view of the gulf from the balcony, people watching galore, 1 minute walk to the beach, even closer walk to shopping and restaurants! The condo was very spacious, kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds, lots of fun games, and the condo was super quiet (even being right on the square!). The only downside was if you wanted to use the closest beach access you are zoned for, it’s unfortunate how it’s set up (after spending a ton of money on renting chairs)...we couldn’t even bring in chairs for our children—basically nothing is allowed except your towels, sand toys, and a tiny cooler. For a beach access, which usually you think “laid back, relaxed, chill vibe”—it’s not. A couple more washing machine pods would have been ideal, too!

New Years 2020

Our family decided to come for New Years and thought it would be fun to rent on the Seaside front circle to get front row seats for the New years festivities. Waterstar was a 5 Star first row experience. The condo was fabulous and our family had an amazing week! The bedrooms and beds are spectacular, the master bath was a hit with the steam shower because it was a chilly week. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils for a large family who enjoy cooking. The patio overlooking the square was so fun. We kept the backdoor open to hear all the excitement. We will be sure to rent here again. (The only negative was it stormed and poured rain one night and the guest rooms ceiling leaked and was dripping on the bed. My daughter and son in law filled a pot of water in the middle of the bed! We emailed, texted and called the property management company that night and next day and never heard back from them. Fortunately, the rain went away and we didn't have anymore problems. It was odd that no one responded to our pleas that night when rain was pouring in)

Nice Unit with Minor Details that Need to be Fixed

We stayed in this unit in August 2015 after having rented many other units in Seaside over the past few years. We would rent this unit again, however, this particular property had the most overlooked/nuisance details of any of the places we have rented in the 30A area. Pros: 1) Good location to the beach, pools, and shops/restaurants. For convenience, you cannot beat being on the Central Square although there is a lot more foot and car traffic if that is a concern for you (which it wasn't for us). 2) The unit's size was more than sufficient for our group with four true bedrooms and ample common space. 3) Furniture, carpeting, etc were all in good condition. Cons: 1) The half bath has a pocket door. Upon check-in we were informed that the door was off of its track and could not be operated (it was stuck open). This basically made the bathroom unusable for us since the door could not be closed and it was right on the main foyer of the overall unit. It wasn't a big deal for us since we didn't have a full 9 people in the unit but I would have been more upset by this if we had more people staying at the unit. 2) The Washer/Dryer can best be described as "Junk". I realize that they are an expensive European brand, however, I would have preferred a cheap brand that actually worked. The dryer literally emits an ongoing sound that sounds like two surfaces are grinding against each other. It would routinely take 2+ hours of drying to dry washed clothes and due to the decibel level from the dryer, we could only stand to operate the dryer when we were going to be out of the unit. 3) The kitchen was the most oddly/poorly equipped of any rental we have ever had. Case in point, the kitchen has three coffee makers (yes, three) but also only had three coffee cups. Again, I don't expect fine china in a vacation rental, but for a unit that sleeps nine, to only have three coffee cups is annoying. Other basics were absent including measuring cups/spoons and sufficient numbers cereal bowls. On the con's, I am not sure whether these are Management Company issues or Owner issues. I would assume that only the owner could make the decision about replacing the washer/dryer but it wouldn't surprise me if the owner was unaware of the lack of coffee cups (as an example). This is the first time we have rented through the "Homeowners Collection". Our previous rentals have been through Cottage Rental Agency and we didn't have any of these issues.

Underwhelming

The location was very convenient and we liked the separate entrance but there were many issues with the condo. It felt generally tired with numerous stains on the carpet and decay/damage to the walls. A master bath sink had the faucets removed and the pipe fully capped off. We had nine people and there were insufficient towels and minimal hooks or towel bars so everyone was sharing wet towels. The only mirrors were small ones over the sinks and the bathrooms were very dimly lit so getting ready for wedding events was a challenge for the group. Mirrors, lights, coat hangers, towels, hooks - it wouldn’t be hard to make a big difference with small things.

There was a few things that the management failed to fix before our arrival. The faucet in master was not fixed. The plumbing bar was there but no Water Spout to get water so therefore not usable. We had one MASTER SINK only?!?! Under kitchen Sink needs deep cleaning from housekeeping. Saw some roaches in there because of the dirt, grime and moisture. This is a lovely Home! It needs some attention really. It needs to be deep cleaned and maybe get some new shine to it. I want to stay there again but there is some DEEP cleaning that needs to happen. The light bulbs on several fixtures were not changed. I almost went and bought some but I thought that is not my house and I paid a lot of money to stay there for a week. This reveiw should not be published. I think the management needs to do some of these things to get it right. Like I said, I love the location and size of this house but it needs a little help to get it to rent for the amount people pay for this property. Just sharing so you guys can get it right! Thank you
