Located on the peaceful Forest Street in Seaside, FL, amongst the shade, Grace Sea is a perfect hideaway to escape from it all. Just steps away from the West side Pool and a stroll away from the beach and all things Seaside, this charming bungalow is the guest house to its main cottage, 'Seabiscuit'.

Arrive to be warmly greeted by a screened-in front porch that has outdoor seating for four, the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Step inside and into an open living area with a full kitchen next to an open, combined living area. The kitchen features a full-size fridge with a freezer, a four-burner electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and adjacent breakfast bar seating for two. The adjacent living room has a built-in stereo, LCD TV, and DVD/VCR, as well as a double sleeper sofa to accommodate two more guests, perfect for young kids (not recommended for adults). There is also a convenient dining area next to the kitchen with seating for two.

Off the living areas is the king bedroom with an ensuite, full bathroom, and a private screened-in porch! This bedroom is furnished with its own LCD TV and DVD. The bathroom features quartz counters and a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. Off of the king bedroom is a screened rear private porch with cushioned seating for four people, and rear access to an outdoor grilling area in the back. This outdoor grilling area is complete with a private charcoal grill and an additional two Adirondack chairs. Come enjoy the lovely Seaside, FL at this tranquil retreat!

For additional room, the main combination of cottages may be rented as 'Sandy Toes', for a 4-bedroom/4.5 bath sleeping 12 in total.

*3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration

Great get away

Had some trouble with the refrigerator/freezer, but the property manager got right on it and resolved our issue. My only complaint is that I wish there had been a book explaining the operation of Refrig and freezer and dishwash and location of trash bins.

Great stay, even with a rainy end!

Grace Sea was a great option for my elderly mom and me. Everything was on the same level once we got up the entry steps! She uses a walker, and she had zero problems moving through the property. Clean, roomy, comfortable space with a beachy charm. Walking distance to the beach access, the West pool, and most of the town. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Seaside!

We had a couple minor issues with our cottage, and both times we called someone showed up at our door in well under ten minutes with a solution. People on the phones were equally polite and responsive. One oof the best rental organizations I've ever dealt with.

It was super noce to be walking distance from all of our favorite things to do on Seaside. The Home Owners collection was one of the most friendly and helpful rental services we have used in 30A and we have used quite a few over the years! We will definitely continue to rent through them for all of our 30A trips from now on! Can’t recommend enough! Only suggestion I have is that shades be placed on the windows right above the bed. The cottage next door can see right into these windows and it just felt a little odd not having a shade to pull down. We put pillows up there just to block them but simple shades like the ones on the rest of the windows and doors would make all the difference! Just a friendly suggestion!

It’s in a great location just a short walk to the beach, and has all the space and amenities you need to be safe, clean, and fed. This location is attached to a larger house, so it does have slightly less privacy than a detached house, but it was never an issue for us. Rental agency was also wonderful - quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Seaside was an amazing experience!

Very cozy

Smaller than expected. Off season so quiet, assume different experience during summer. Washer/dryer very helpful. No curtain on window over master bed. Bed comfortable. TVs we’re older models and hard to get cable channels and streaming Overall very nice but very small. Great community

Perfect for Tennis vacation

We have stayed at two locations in this area of Seaside. We will definitely be back in May. The windows and screened in porch make it so desirable. Very clean. . Hospitable staff. . Immediate response to questions and issues. Only suggestion would be to have listing for Tv channels and instructions on how to use TV and two remotes. Thank you for a wonderful stay celebrating our sons birthday.

Relaxing in Seaside

Nice house just two blocks from the downtown and three to the beach. Plenty of walking and biking trails. Property is small but very nice and well equipped. Was spotlessly clean.

The pictures and description of the home were exactly right. The front porch and screened-in porch were definite pluses to this small, very clean home, extending the living area. Plush towels and extra shelving helped the bathroom be just right. Hooks and a mirror in the “dressing area” across from the small closet by the bathroom were an extra that were used frequently. The kitchen is tight but had upscale cookware (needs a cookie sheet), and supplies were adequate. I loved the dishwasher drawers and the ice maker that made crushed ice! Parking would be a challenge in a busy season. We were there at the end of fall break and had no problems. The rental provided free bikes, and we always enjoy biking 30A. We brought our own chairs and made the very short walk to the beach on two different afternoons. We walked the neighborhood every day and took advantage of the food trucks and local restaurants. The rental company is fabulous! Texted us a few times at the beginning of our week and would have met us upon arrival, but we were a bit behind schedule. They even brought us a can opener when we realized there wasn’t one! We will definitely use Homeowner’s Collection again and hope to stay at Grace Sea in the future.

The quick and easy walk to the beach and complimentary rental bikes were terrific. While there was no room to spare, it was just the right amount of space for a couple wanting to experience Seaside on a budget. If you enjoy a fully shaded property, Grace Sea is ideal. Its only drawback is it is enveloped by other larger properties, and sounds carried easily. During fall break, it wasn't much of an issue, but being surrounded by a couple of large houses full of kids at the peak of summer would definitely be audible.

The only complaints - the keypad on the door lock stopped working our last night there so that was a hurdle, the shower drain was clogged, and there weren’t curtains on the window above the bed so it felt a little weird, especially with all of the houses so close to each other. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

I felt like I was in a private hideaway only minutes away from the beach and a short stroll to a pool. The cottage is solid and high quality, yet quaint and cozy. I loved the private back porch! The fact that I could walk to Seaside and the beach in under 5 minutes was an added bonus. Plus I had a commplimentary cooler bag, beach towels, bike rental and a bottle of wine waiting for me when I arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

Last minute spring break

We booked a last minute trip for spring break to get some sun and away from chicago for a few days. Grace Sea was the perfect home for the week. We love seaside and being able to walk/bike everywhere was perfect. The back porch was nice to relax on even when a bit of rain came through. When I needed a couple more blankets it was very easy to text homeowner’s and they were delivered promptly. Our twin 9year old girls slept well on the pull out together in the front room and having a kitchen was great to be able to make some meals. We never needed to rent a car, just used go vetted for airport transfers, had Instacart deliever groceries, walked to the beach and downtown within a couple minutes and even biked over to watercolor. We will be back and would stay here again!

Great spot for a few days

We loved our little spot for a few days at Seaside. Convenient to the pool & biking through Watercolor & Seaside. The place was done just right with just what you needed and making the most of every space without being cluttered!!
