- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building, inside units, or within 25 feet of entries, windows, or air intakes.

- Noise: No loud noises or disturbances from 11 PM to 7 AM.

- Wheeled Devices: No bicycles, scooters, skateboards, or rollerblades in common areas.

- Clothing: Proper clothing and footwear required in all interior common areas.

- Packages and Deliveries: Packages left unclaimed over 5 days will be returned. Front desk does not hold personal items or deliveries.

- Amenity Access: Only registered guests may use amenities. Adult guests will receive a bracelet for access. Unauthorized use may result in fines or loss of privileges.

- Pets: Max 2 pets per unit, each under 25 lbs. Pets are not allowed in amenities or common areas. Owners must clean up after pets and repair any damage caused.
