Being this close to town, you get to escape the noise of the city but still enjoy all that it has to offer.
The neighborhood is also safe and the people are very friendly. The local buses and taxis pass right infront the property for your added convenience.

At night, seeing the lights of the ship and or the moon reflecting on the sea is just so awesome.
