The access fee is $30/person/day ages 7+, $10/person/day ages 3-6. Children under 3 do not need a card. There is limited access to amenities for STR guests during peak periods. The private amenities include the Trout Creek Recreational Center, Tahoe Donner Tennis Center, Beach Club Marina, and the Northwoods Pool
- NOTE: To prioritize Tahoe Donner owner access during the holidays, Short-Term Tenant Card blackouts are being implemented starting January 1, 2026, on the following dates: January 17-19 (MLK Day); February 14-16 (President’s Day); May 23-25 (Memorial Day); July 1-5 (July 4th); September 5-7 (Labor Day); November 26-29 (Thanksgiving); and December 24-January 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)
