From this cozy semi-detached house, the Dierhagen Baltic Sea beach is only about 150 m away (beach access point 12).<br><br>The living area features a modern combination of materials and colors. A sofa set, dining area, built-in kitchen with a counter, oven, and dishwasher, a wood-burning stove, and access to the patio are all functionally combined here. The patio features a matching table with 6 chairs, so nothing stands in the way of enjoying breakfast together outdoors. Upstairs, there are three rooms: two bedrooms with double beds (each approx. 160x200) and one bedroom with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed in no time. <br><br>On the same floor, you’ll also find the bathroom with a bathtub. If that’s not enough, there’s an additional shower room on the first floor.<br>You can do your laundry in the storage room of the semi-detached house.
