Chalet in Porto Colom

Typical Majorcan cottage with private pool and garden area only 2 carminutes from Porto Colom, Cala D'Or and the beaches. 2 bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom, large covered terrace with barbeque area at the pool.


This chalet is located just 2km from the romantic harbour village of Porto Colom in the southeast of Majorca. Excellent restaurants and bars at the waterfront are always worth a visit. Fishermen are still leaving the harbour daily in the morning and at night to provide shops and restaurants with the fresh "catch of the day". The chalet - set in tranquil nature - is just a few carminutes away from the marina, sandy beaches and Vall D'Or Golf Club.


The chalet has a living room with an open fireplace, sofa corner and dining table for 4 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedrooms have double beds (190 x 200 cm). The two bedrooms share a shower room. The chalet is cosy and simply furnished and is very well suited for a family holiday. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The chalet has a beautiful, mature garden with palm trees, shrubs and a small vegetable garden. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view over the garden and pool to the sea. Parasols, sun loungers and a brick barbecue are provided.

Heating by air-conditioning h/c in the bedrooms, fireplace in the lounge. Fire wood is provided for by the landlord.

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be booked
Weekly towel and linen change are included, cleaning once per week as well.
