Take a break and unwind in this cozy, single-story home located inside the beautiful gated community of Anthem Country Club. Perfect for work or relaxation, this comfortable home is wheelchair accessible and conveniently close to TSMC and nearby medical facilities.
Enjoy a peaceful private backyard with a putting green, outdoor dining, and plenty of space to relax, a spacious kitchen and dining. A quiet, easy place to settle in—whether you're here for work, medical travel, or a restful getaway.
The neighborhood offers miles of scenic walking paths, and guests can access the nearby community center pool and gym with a tenant membership (separate from the Country Club).

The home is spacious and bright! Incredibly comfortable couch in the spacious living room, spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar, and pantry.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, and large, handicap accessible walk-in shower, and huge master closet.
2nd bedroom has a queen bed and is right next to the 2nd bathroom. Tv's in both bedrooms. 3rd bedroom features 4 bunk beds for a family, or for when the grandkids come to visit.
House sleeps 8 people- 4 adults and 4 kids. Bunk beds are for children under 16 only.
BBQ provided - owner does not provide propane.
TV's are smart TV's - (cable not provided) You can log on with one of your streaming services to watch your favorite programming.
For reservations on VRBO or direct bookings, a small cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled.
**** Please note that vehicles with a company logo on them can only be parked in the driveway for 90 minutes at a time; otherwise, they must be pulled into the garage. No camper vans are allowed to be parked in the driveway. This is per the HOA rules, and will result in fines.
