This very spacious room has a very fresh and airy ambience further enhanced with whitewashed walls adorned with the owners modernistic paintings and four sets of French doors opening to the poolside/garden terraces. The fully fitted modern kitchen has a 'Miele' dishwasher, microwave, eye level fitted pine cupboards, electric oven, with infra-red hob, serving hatch to the dining room and side door to the large covered BBQ area with the al-fresco dining terrace. One twin bedroom has double pine fitted wardrobes, book shelves, full ensuite mosaic tiled shower room and French doors opening to the gardens. Two further twin bedrooms are very well furnished and one has direct access to the pool/garden terraces and share an adjacent full bath/shower room. Guest's cloakroom/wc. All rooms on this floor offer fine views to the gardens. One of these bathrooms is purpose built for wheelchairs.
From the main reception area, the marble staircase with coved lighting, leads up to the galleried landing. This is a delightfully quiet, relaxed seating and reading area with whitewashed maraize shelves and a collection of the owners interesting books.The views from this room towards Santanyi are even more amazing. The sumptuous Master twin bedroom has Oak fitted wardrobes, full en-suite 'verde' mosaic tiled bath/shower room and direct access to the furnished, floodlit upper terrace ideal for private sunbathing. The second master twin bedroom has double fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room and side door to the upper terrace.
Bedroom number six has full sized double bed, fitted wardrobes and full en-suite bath/shower room. The far reaching views from this floor stretch across the open countryside towards the distant islands of Cabrera over 60 kms. away, are truly beautiful. Outside, the superb floodlit 'azul' mozaic tiled 12.00 meters swimming pool has curved Roman steps and children's shelved area, spacious sun terraces furnished with reclining sun loungers set amidst the surrounding sloping lawns and newly planted gardens. The huge L shaped 20 meters vine covered terrace has brick built BBQ and is ideal for al-fresco dining. The far reaching unspoilt views have to be seen to be appreciated. To relax on one of the terraces watching the mountain-capped sunsets is an unforgettable, privilaged pleasure. For your added convenience the double garage has a guest`s shower room/wc with the laundry room housing the washing machine and direct access into the kitchen
