Large villa with private pool and various terraces in walking distance to the beach of Cala Santanyi. Villa Sa Cala can be booked for up to 15 people (12 adults and 3 children under 16). The house offers a beautiful garden and is furnished in a modern style.


Villa Sa Cala is set in a residential area a little above the beach. Restaurants and shopping facilities are in walking distance. Santanyi

The charming small town of Santanyi is only a short ride away. This picturesque town is famous for its market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, attracting visitors from all over the island. Its town square is framed by beautifully restored houses and by excellent restaurants, boutiques and bars.

The seaside village Cala Figuera with its picturesque harbour is only a short drive away. Very popular with visitors, this village offers a nice seaside promenade with coffee shops and restaurants overlooking the port and shopping facilities.

Villa Sa Cala is comfortably furnished and offers 7 bedrooms on two floors.

Ground floor:
Large living/dining room with access to the porch in front of the house. Kitchen with dining table and access to the pool area. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The largest bedroom has a bathroom en-suite and its own private terrace.

First floor apartment with private entrance:
Living/dining room with kitchenette, one bedroom with bathroom en-suite, one bedroom with 3 beds and adjoining bathroom. Terrace with seaviews.

The villa has a large veranda with a dining table for up to 15 people. Another terrace with table and chairs is next to the pool. There is a large brick-built BBQ as well as sun loungers and sun shades.

Children are welcome in villa Sa Cala, one cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Pets on request.
Towels for the pool area are available.

From May to October bookings will only be accepted with arrival and departure on a Saturday.
The house can be booked for max. 12 adults and 3 children up to the age of 16.
