Finca with large pool close to Calonge. Finca David is an airy and welcoming holiday home with a very nice outdoor area. The house is suitable for four with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

The country house David is located in a private and quiet countryside area, close to the small village of Calonge the lifely seaside resort Cala D’Or. The house offers both, the pleasure to be able to relax in beautiful, tranquil surroundings and the proximity to all amenities a holiday resort has to offer. The small village Calonge is about 3 minutes drive away with local shops, a supermarket and some very good restaurants.

Cala D'Or offers beautiful sandy coves, a pedestrian area with a choice of restaurants for all tastes, café, shops, supermarkets and a lot more. Their is an elegant marina, framed by bars and restaurants and a wide variety of water sports activities.

The Vall d'Or golf cours is approx. 10 minutes drive away.

Finca David is an airy and welcoming holiday home with open plan living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning h/c (on a timetable: 18:00 to 08:00 hrs).

Outside Finca David offers a nice and well maintained garden with lawns and vegetation. Next to the pool si a BBQ house with sink, water, counter top and pleasant outdoor furniture. The large pool has roman steps and is surrounded by a sun terrace. The plot is fenced and offers enough space to park two cars.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
The air conditioning is on a timer for 14 hours daily.

No pets please.

Minimum stay is one week, extra days on request.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
