Welcome to Villa Sonnenschein. This well-cared for home, located in the Village of Collier, offers peace and relaxation while only a short 5-minute golf car drive to restaurants, shops, and nightly entertainment at Brownwood Square. This house is just 55 minutes to theme parks and children are welcome. It is also a reader's delight!
If VIlla Sonnenschein is not available, be sure to check out it's sisters: Ruhe Haus, in the Village of Collier (VRBO # 1776354), Mutterhaus, in the Village of Amelia (VRBO # HA 7147364), Friedlich Haus in the Village of Collier (VRBO #2558608), or Glucklich Haus in the Village of Dunedin (VRBO # 2964582).
A Yamaha gas golf car, 4-seater with USB phone chargers is included with the rental - a value of over $200 per week. The back seat also drops down to allow for easy grocery transport when not strapping in golf clubs. Also included are two Resident Lifestyle passes - saving you $50 - and the ability to obtain additional guest passes at no charge. NOTE: Resident passes allow you full privileges of a Villages homeowner including the ability to make golf reservations by calling or booking online, sign up for classes, and use the regional sports pools. Guest IDs require a fee to golf, and reservations for any activities, including golf, are after all resident requests are satisfied. Golf reservations cannot be made online with a Guest ID and Guest IDs do not provide access to regional sports pools. Those with Guest IDs can still use family and adult pools througout the Villages,
Well-decorated and maintained, the home has luxury vinyl flooring/tile and lovely, cordless window shutters throughout and remote controlled shades on sliding glass doors. Amenities include stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, blender, mixer, baking utensils, and an ample supply of high quality dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, and cookware. Other amenities include a gas BBQ grill, wi-fi, and Smart TVs with voice remote in the living room and master bedroom. No cable, but feel free to sign on to any of your favorite apps. Beach towels are provided for days at the pool or beach, as are camp chairs. This home CAN also be supplied with a portable crib/playpen and highchair (first come, first served basis) if requested in advance (no additional charge). A washer and dryer are located in the garage.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a walk-in shower in the primary bath. A reading room is adjacent to the primary bedroom. The guest room is a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a sofa bed that sleeps 2, with all bed linens and pillows tucked away in the closet. This room is also the office with a desk, printer, and office supplies (pens, pencils, clips, etc.).
In addition to the living and dining area (sits 6), the home has a screened lanai in back with plenty of seating, and is enclosed with a brick wall and tall privacy fences. Great for pets. Please view the photos for a complete perspective on this property.
Rentals are 7-days or longer (with a few exceptions) and there is a 28+ day discount for longer stays. For long term rental of 30 days or more, the renter must be at least 55 years of age.
Pets are welcome with an additional $175 cleaning fee (in total, not per pet). Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors, and pet owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. For your and your canine companion’s enjoyment, there are several dog parks in The Villages.
NOTE: Absolutely no RVs, trailers, Dually trucks, or boats can be parked at this property. Maximum of three cars. Also, this house is regularly rented to guests with pets. Please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.
