Finca with a pretty garden and pool between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Finca Vinya Petit is a comfortable holiday home for four with a very nice outdoor area and several terraces.

Finca Vinya Petit is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The beautiful old town of Pollensa is only 3,5 kilometres away and is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa at 5,5 kilometres distance has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Villa Vinya Petit is a pretty one level villa with a large living/dining area with open kitchen and one double and one twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom. All the windows are fitted mosquito screens.

Finca Vinya Petit has a nice garden with lawns and an L-shaped swimming pool. Sun loungers and shades are provided and there is a large, covered terrace with lounge furniture and a dining table. There is a nice BBQ area with a brick-built BBQ and another dining table.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.

Minimum stay is one week. During peak season bookings will only be accepted from Saturday to Saturday. Flexible entry days for the rest of the season.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
