Finca Barbara is situated on a plot with a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden between Alcúdia and Pollensa. The beautiful and ground level finca is ideally located for those who want to visit not only Alcúdia but also Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. All local amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes away.

Alcúdia is within 6 minutes reach by car. This small town offers a very beautiful, historic centre with a pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The associated harbour Puerto Alcúdia offers a colourful leisure offer and varied nightlife, as well as a variety of restaurants from exclusive to family-friendly on the harbour promenade. The almost 7-kilometre-long sandy beach of the Bay of Alcudia is fine sandy and slopes gently into the sea. Water rats will find a wide range of water sports here, and surfers and kite surfers will find a rewarding spot!

The centre of Puerto Pollensa can be reached in about 14 minutes. The busy port of Puerto Pollensa has a long waterfront promenade with stunning views of Pollensa Bay and Cap Formentor shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed rental. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

Pollensa is about 10 minutes away. The small town is one of the most beautiful on the island and has an enchanting old town and an extensive pedestrian zone with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, and during the week you can enjoy the daily life in one of the cafés at the central Plaza Mayor.

The area around Pollensa, with its challenging mountain routes, is equally popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers can choose from several golf courses in the area. The bay of Pollensa offers a wide range of water sports and is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

Finca Barbara is a beautiful holiday home and perfect for a holiday with friends or family. From the front covered terrace you enter the spacious living/dining room with a comfortable sofa corner with fireplace. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped and has a breakfast table and an exit to the garden and the covered terrace.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning with set operating hours from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

Finca Barbara has a beautiful, well-maintained outdoor area with a large pool, sun terraces and lawns. At the house there is a large covered terrace with lounge furniture and a dining area. An outdoor kitchen with BBQ, work surface and sink completes the outdoor area.

Children are welcome. One cot and one highchair are available free on request.
