Mr. Christian, thank you for your comment, the house we rent is exactly as it is in the photographs, obviously it is not a modern house, it is a typical Mallorcan "finca", there are people who love our house for its charm and others ( as is normal) he does not like and prefers a much more modern style house, every year without exception during the winter we carry out many renovation and repair tasks of everything that breaks during the season, and this year like all the others we will return it Has to do, I can tell you that all the mattresses and pillows in this house are brand new from the 2021 season, the kitchen, as you refer to, you are not more than 7 years old, the furniture is as in the same photographs, solid wood, a kitchen color that seemed appropriate for this house, we understand that you will not like it but that does not mean that it needs to be changed since as you could see, it is a kitchen with induction (which says that it is not a kitchen old) the oven, dishwasher and refrigerator are brand new from this year 2021, it has a nespresso coffee machine and a drip coffee machine, the pans and pots are special for induction, and the microwave is a few years old but is in perfect condition of use. Also as every year the whole house was painted, the main bathroom is completely renovated as well as the bathroom furniture, some furniture and decorations were also changed this year as well as the new paint on almost all the windows, and this winter we will renew it again. that we consider to be in bad condition. I understand that the house without modern furniture and without modern decoration is not for you but, we also have users who like this type of more authentic and classic houses a lot, we also commit to continue working every year so that at the beginning of the next season this all perfect.
