El parque nacional de Yellowstone y West Yellowstone están a solo 25 minutos. Inicio se encuentra a 30 millas de West Yellowstone.

¡Te sentirás bienvenido en nuestra casa de troncos de lujo frente al río! Construimos nuestra casa personalizada en 2014, es de 3800 pies cuadrados, que cuenta con 4 habitaciones (Incl. TWO MASTER SUITES), el quinto dormitorio es un espacioso loft, 3 baños completos y una nueva sala de juegos con una segunda sala de estar / área de bar. Nuestra casa puede dormir 10 personas en 3 niveles. La casa se encuentra en un lote de un acre a lo largo del río y está a solo un corto trayecto en automóvil de la carretera principal.

La casa está completamente amueblada con muebles de madera de granero y registro de Montana hechos a la medida. ¡Todas nuestras colchas son lavadas profesionalmente después de cada invitado! No deberíamos ser ningún otro hogar en la zona que haga esto.

La gran sala tiene vista al río y las montañas con cómodos sofás reclinables y sillas alrededor de una chimenea de gas. Las vistas son impresionantes! Para los amantes de la comida, hay una cocina de chefs completamente surtida con una gran isla central. Camas de calidad, almohadas y ropa de cama son algunas de las cosas que hacen que su estadía sea muy cómoda. Bajando por el río encontrará un acogedor fogón con leña y 8 sillas Adirondack para s'mores y observación de estrellas. La cubierta tiene una parrilla de gas Weber Genesis con mesa y sillas. Hay dos juegos de lavadoras / secadoras HE para mayor comodidad, todos los jabones y hojas para secadora siempre. ¡Hemos tenido mucho cuidado para asegurarnos de que tenga todas las comodidades del hogar!

Nuestra planta principal cuenta con una cocina abierta, comedor y un gran salón, una suite principal, dos dormitorios para huéspedes, un baño completo y un área de lavandería. El gran loft abierto tiene una cama queen con sala de estar. En el sótano de nivel inferior / retirada se encuentra la segunda suite principal y otra sala de estar / área de bar con TV, espacio para todos sus aparejos de pesca, cañas y zancudos. Nuestros pisos de concreto lo hacen conveniente para cambiar dentro de la noche o cuando está mojado. Justo al lado de esta sala hay un segundo juego de lavandería y una sala de juegos con futbolín, ping pong, agujero de maíz, juego de lanzamiento de anillos.

No fumar y no mascotas.

Hay muchos ríos y lagos cerca, así como también Yellowstone, por lo que esta es la base perfecta para explorar la zona. Pesque el Madison, Henry's Fork, Gallatin o ríos dentro del parque de Yellowstone. El lago Hebgen, los lagos Cliff y Wade, el lago Henry's y el lago Earthquake se encuentran a minutos.

AMAZING!! This house had everything you could possibly need on vacation. Super clean and very well stocked. The amount of detail the hosts put into this house was top notch. Check in and out was very easy. And the location was great, centrally located for all of our activities. Hope to be back!

Beautiful view!

Great choice for a beautiful view and an easy drive to Yellowstone with additional beautiful views along the way! The house was extremely clean. The extra little amenities from a basket FULL of snacks, GOOD toilet paper and Kleenex, extra toiletries in case you forgot something, kitchen essentials, plenty of trash bags, lots of good quality binoculars to use, bear and bug spray, coolers, laundry detergent, and little gifts for our two children absolutely blew us away! The owners were by far the most thoughtful hosts we have ever used and thought of every tiny little detail someone may need if they aren’t used to a decent drive to town (we are so this drive didn’t phase us at all!) There was plenty of quality polywood furniture to sit on on both the deck and basement patio. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable as well! Next time we are in the area there is no doubt we would rebook this rental!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. The attention to detail throughout the home was top notch. Everything was incredibly well thought out and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we have ever experienced, with modern appliances and everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals as a family.From extra linens to helpful labels and thoughtful touches in every room, it is clear the hosts truly care about making the stay comfortable and seamless. The home had a welcoming feel from the moment we arrived and was spotless throughout.Communication was also fantastic—quick, clear, and helpful every step of the way. The hosts went above and beyond, answering all of our questions and even helping us plan parts of our vacation. We felt supported from booking through checkout.We would not hesitate to book again. This place really sets the standard for what a vacation rental should be.

Absolutely Great!

This was a top notch stay from beginning to end. The house was immaculate, comfortable and in a wonderful location right on the Madison River (35-40 minute drive to Yellowstone). What made this property particularly special was the many extras you don't expect in a rental property. We were welcomed with a personal note and a wonderful snack package. The house had just about everything you could want: coolers, bear spray, binoculars, pantry items like spices and baggies, coffee and filters, real soap bars in the bathrooms, just to name a few. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook-in nights. The owner was wonderfully responsive and even bought a chess set for the house when I asked if they had one. It's no wonder this property has received so many 5 star ratings- here's one more.

Best Week Ever!

Staying at the Caddis Shack was incredible. Breathtaking

We had a blast, fished the Madison, went to Yellowstone, went horseback riding, shot fully automatic guns in West Yellowstone and enjoyed the house. We had 4 adults and 4 teens. There was something for everyone. The owner of the property was amazing and literally thought of everything. A trip of a lifetime!

Great family stay

Our family had a great week at Caddis Shack. We all agreed this was the best vacation house we have stayed at. The hosts really set the experience apart by making you feel more like family than unknown guests. They thought of everything and the house is very well appointed. This was such an amazing property. The homeowners thought of everything. It was so well kept and clean. They provided so many things to help you feel right a home and enjoy your stay. Perfecto!

We have stayed in VRBOs all over the world for the past 17 years. So when I say this was “perfecto” I know what I am talking about! This was such a wonderful, beautiful, welcoming home. We are a family of two grandparents, 2 thirty-something couples and two little kids (9 and 4). We had planned on 3 days in Yellowstone, but due to major flooding we were turned away and the park never opened again while we were there. Oh well! We still had so much to see and do and we loved it all. Our evenings were spent playing ping pong and corn hole (we are all quite competitive so it was really fun). We took turns fixing dinner in that fabulous kitchen and took turns cleaning up. It was delightful working together because the kitchen is big and well designed. The little things were so very much appreciated. This is where Caddis Shack is heads above the others…Randy and Samantha provided all the stuff we usually have to buy before we even check in! Things like olive oil, trash bags, zip lock bags, paper towels, sun screen, OFF, and even BEAR SPRAY! And don’t get me started on those plush towels! The two washers and dryers were a real bonus too and we used them since we didn’t bring a lot of clothes. (Fishing gear took up a lot of our luggage space.). All in all, this vacation truly was “perfecto” and a big part of it was because of Caddis Shack. To have that many family members traveling together can sometimes be challenging….Caddis Shack was so spacious and comfortable that there was room for a person to go off on their own if they wanted a break from the activities and energy. We loved it. I don’t think we will ever be able to find a place as wonderful. Headed to Chamonix, France next, but we will still have to return to Montana to see Yellowstone in a couple years. I hope we can still stay at Caddis Shack!

Family Time

Our family group of 9 spent a week at Chaddis Shack. Our sons ages 15 to 26 enjoyed fishing in the river. Our whole group visited, YNP, West Yellowstone, Tetons. We hiked Sheep Lake trail. We enjoyed the fire pit, big dinners and the game room. Perfect time to relax and reconnect.

The Best Family Trip

We had the most amazing family trip! The house was perfect in every aspect. We loved the location on the river and the convenience to West Yellowstone and Yellowstone! An amazing vacation with breathtaking scenery.

We had an amazing time here. Great location for fishing. My sons fished most of the week and caught a lot of trout. I'm somewhat of a germaphobe and can have a hard time relaxing at vacation homes, but I did not have that problem here. The house was very clean. We all enjoyed snacking of the basket of goodies that was left for us, especially after traveling all day. It was a sweet gesture. Randy and Samantha were easy to work with and were always quick to answer any questions we had. We look forward to coming back again one day!

The Caddis Shack is Amazing!

Our extended family of nine has vacationed together every summer for 12 years and we all agreed this was the best vacation ever! The Caddis Shack is a beautiful property and the amenities in the house are fantastic. Samantha and Randy have thought of everything-from binoculars to ice chests- to make guests comfortable. The chef’s kitchen has top-of-the- line appliances, and every “gadget and small appliance you could ever need. The fly fishing enthusiasts in our group were amazed, not only at how superb the fishing was in the Madison River, but also how well designed the house is for ease of storing and using fishing gear. The house is convenient, not only for visiting Yellowstone National Park, but also for white water rafting, hiking and other fun activities. Caddis Shack is is a beautiful home in a beautiful location, and our family is already talking about returning!

Amazing Property

Excellent stay from start to finish!! Beautiful property. We enjoyed use of the game room, fire pit, grill, decks, etc. All the beds were super comfortable. Cabin is very clean and organized. The complimentary coolers were used everyday as we packed picnics for the park. This was hands down the best place!!

Seriously? Seriously!

The owners of this property put in SO MUCH care and attention to this house and our experience there. So many details to make your stay a good one are done right. Not to overstate things, but ALL of the details! And it's exceptionally clean. It's clear they have stayed at many vacation rental properties and applied all of the things they saw and liked to their own property. If you are considering staying at this property, just pull the trigger. You won't be disappointed!

If you forgot anything, don't worry it there. :Large tv's in every room, nice fire pit, grill. coolers just beautiful. You wont find a nicer place or better service by the owners. Super nice people and place to stay

Vacation destination with a majestic view

From the time you arrive at the front door of this home away from home , you have a back drop of God’s wonderful canvas of art. Nestled against a mountain with the beautiful Madison River at its base. Once you enter the door you step into a luxurious log home that leaves your mind to a place of peace and comfort. The deck off the back gives you the opportunity to watch beautiful sunsets, the masters of fly fishermen as that attempt to make a trout rise from the water and the peaceful sound of the water as it flows over the rocks. Unfortunately for us we were only there 5 nights, but will plan another trip there soon!

We have been coming to fish the Madison River since 2000. Over the years we have stayed in motels in West Yellowstone, brought our RV to West Yellowstone and rented homes along the river. We really wanted to have a home on the right water and offer it as a rental to others coming here. In 2012, we were able to buy this lot and finished building our custom log home in 2014. So much thought has gone into making this the best rental around. We used our experience as guests ourselves and provided what we felt all the others were missing. We want you to enjoy our home with family and friends, feel at peace listening to the river and taking in all Montana has to offer. It's the perfect getaway spot!!
