El golf y el sol aguardan en un entorno natural del desierto de Sonora con piscina climatizada

La casa fue completamente remodelada en 2013. Las comodidades incluyen, cocina completa con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, nuevas superficies de granito en la cocina y baños, y pisos de piedra nuevos en la cocina, el frente y los pasillos, alfombras nuevas en dos habitaciones y pisos de madera noble nuevos en el dormitorio principal. El dormitorio principal es grande y espacioso y contiene un control deslizante hacia un patio privado y una piscina con un amplio vestidor y baño privado. ¡Todas las paredes interiores y exteriores han sido repintadas!

La hermosa sala de estar cuenta con un gran televisor de alta definición y la casa tiene internet inalámbrico gratuito. El aire acondicionado y los ventiladores de techo se proporcionan en todas las habitaciones más la sala familiar para permitir el control individual de la temperatura.

La piscina y el paisaje son mantenidos rutinariamente por servicios profesionales. La piscina tiene un calentador que permite nadar durante el invierno, principios de primavera y finales de otoño cuando la temperatura del aire cae por la noche. El patio privado tiene un área de comedor exterior de nueva construcción con capacidad para 8 personas junto con un enfriador de hielo y fregadero de aluminio incorporado. Dos de las habitaciones tienen camas queen y colchones nuevos. El concreto de la puerta corrediza ha sido recubierto y una nueva cubierta de aluminio para patio se ha instalado sobre el comedor exterior con ventilador exterior para mayor comodidad.

La cocina está bien equipada y tiene una cafetera Keurig.

The house was comfortable. Our bed was comfortable. The house nicely decorated and the pool area was beautiful. Everything you could need while there, was available. The neighborhood and surrounding area are gorgeous. The owners are friendly and informative. We will rent from them again.

Ostic Property 2025

This is our 11th or 12th year renting the Ostic property. That says it all. It’s like coming home to us. The owners are wonderful caring people. The house and back yard are like an oasis. We’d never have to leave but we do because the property is close to so many fun places. God permitting we plan on going back in 2026.

2024 Ostic’s & Gold Canyon AZ

This was our 10th year staying at the Ostic property in Gold Canyon, AZ. That says it all. We love this house, the area, the neighbors, the closeness to fun things to do and the Ostic’s. Kevin & Beth are wonderful caring and generous people to rent from. They are always there for any questions we may have. They go above and beyond to make sure our stay is everything we hope for.

Beautiful home with an amazing backyard

This was the second time my husband and I had an amazing stay. The backyard is an oasis with spectacular mountain views! The house with the new addition is very spacious and well stocked with all the necessities for a relaxing vacation. We throughly enjoyed the addition of the juke box. The owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions and issues. You will not find more kind, considerate, and generous owners. Thank you for a great stay!

Poolside serenity in the Desert

No need to venture too far from the lovely pool,just kick back and enjoy the birds and scenery. Lots of updates in the pool area, and you couldn't ask for nicer, more accommodating hosts. The neighborhood is very friendly and walkable, or you can tryout the bikes if you want to venture further afield.

This was our second stay this year at this beautiful property. Everything is absolutely perfect for relaxing in the sun by the heated pool . Homey, comfortable, clean... and with wonderful personal touches that make the home more enjoyable... meant to be lived in and enjoyed... everything you may need is accounted for. I don't know that I have enough adjectives to describe how much we enjoyed our stay here. Having a heated pool was great... even though it was a bit cool our first few days, once it got up to temp, we enjoyed a daily dip. Having a water softener may seem like a small thing, but after traveling anding staying elsewhere with hard water, the soft water was a real treat! :) The back yard is SO nice to sit and enjoy. Beautiful sunrises, and beautiful evenings with the solar lights illuminating the amazing mosiac work on the walls. Kitchen well stocked, bathrooms and bedrooms... games... everything you need. Kevin was great to connect with and quick to address any concerns or questions we had. The location was perfect for our needs, too. close enough to everything for any day trip, and quiet enough to feel out in the country. We were sad to leave and hope to come back again! Thank you!

Desert Oasis

Fully equipped property with gorgeous pool area and mountain views. Upscale neighborhood and quick drive to shopping, hiking and kayaking lower Salt river. Excellent hosts too! Nicely furnished rooms and will stay there again next year.

Love Gold Canyon

My sister & I were the first ones staying in the home after the addition Kevin & Beth had done. The housekeeping could of done a better job with the dusting in the family room especially with the addition that was just done but all the other rooms were good. It's a very nice and comfortable home. We were there for a week but if you count the travel days it was only five days and four out of the five days we spent relaxing by the pool. Kevin was very responsive to the couple of questions that I had durning our stay. My husband & I have been coming to Gold Canyon for about 10-12 years now and out of all the homes we have rented this one had the BEST backyard with the landscaping and yard art. We loved how it looked with all the solar lights at night it was just BEAUTIFUL. Hopefully next time our husbands will make the trip with us. Thank you again Kevin & Beth for use of your home we truly enjoyed our stay.

Ostic’s Gold Canyon Oasis

This is our 8th year renting this property from the Ostic’s. . We love the Gold Canyon area. The Ostic’s are wonderful people to rent from. They check in once or twice to make sure we have everything we need. We couldn’t ask for a better house to rent. The back yard is gorgeous and the house is well stocked with everything we could possibly need. It has everything from spices to beach towels and the beds are very comfortable. It’s perfect for us. The Ostic’s are very caring kind people.

Gold Canyon Haven

We felt like we were at home at this property instead of at a VRBO. The house is well stocked so you just literally need to bring your toothbrush and swimsuit! The location is perfect with restaurants, golf, grocery store, and hiking very accessible. The back patio and heated pool were our favorite place to hang out during our stay. The decorations, hand-crafted by the owner, added to the homie feel of the property. Owners were very responsive to our questions and needs always making sure that we were enjoying our stay. This was our first stay at the property, but hope it won't be our last one!

Lovely home in excellent location

This home was perfect for us. We stayed for five weeks.. It's central to a plethora of hiking/mtb trails and golf courses. The neighborhood is peaceful and enjoyable to walk. Being surrounded by the Superstition Mountains was amazing. The house itself is decorated in a homey and artistic manner that makes it very easy and pleasant to settle in. The owner is exceptionally responsive to any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Gold Canyon!

My husband and I have been married for 40 years. we reside in the Seattle, Washington area and have raised our 3 daughters here. We have always loved the Gold Canyon area, Arizona golf, MLB spring training, and sunshine! Now that we have a beautiful home in Arizona it's hard to decide where to stay!
Our daughters are all on their own now so we are entering a brand new, exciting stage of life.

This property has it all. Privacy, beautiful views, hiking trails, walking trails, world class golf minutes away, private back yard with heated pool, recently remodeled with modern finishes, and comfy beds! It is the wild west revisited complete with doves on top of the saguaros, roadrunners & lizards on the fence, and coyotes howling at night! May even glimpse an occasional owl, pack of javelina's, bobcat, or rattlesnake meandering down the road!
