East Valley Peaceful Oasis w/PRIVATE Pool that is HEATED at no extra cost

Enjoy this Arizona Oasis in the East Valley away from the stop lights and traffic, while only 15 minutes from everything you need. The beautiful backyard is private and serene featuring a private HEATED pool and hot tub with no neighbors behind and no 2 story homes looking in. A perfect place to enjoy the Arizona weather in privacy with peace and quiet. At night it’s a star gazer’s paradise.

Our home is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom single story ranch with a spacious kitchen and open concept living room. Recently furnished with all new furniture as well as washer/dryer. King bed in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, and full size bunks in the 3rd. The master en-suite has 2 sinks, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The kitchen has granite counters with lots of cabinet space. Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. There is a 2 car garage with automatic door opener for your convenience. This is a very comfortable home.

We provide everything you’d find at home including: bedding, towels, fully stocked with bathroom amenities, fully stocked kitchen with cooking materials, complete place settings, toaster, blender, you name it. Just bring your clothes and take a short trip to the grocery store, and you’ll have everything you need.

Our home is in a quiet, peaceful, established neighborhood located between Phoenix and Tucson with a community park and swimming pool. This central location provides quiet and privacy with easy access to the Superstition Mountains and the many activities of both Phoenix and Tucson. And don’t forget day trips to the “Old West” towns of Tombstone, Bisbee, and Douglas.

Need groceries? Safeway, Walmart, and Fry’s are only 15 minutes away. Want to golf? The Poston Butte Golf Club, a Troon Golf course, is just 10 minutes. The Golf Club at Johnson Ranch is 15 minutes, and many other great courses within 45 minutes. You can also enjoy the many shopping and attractions in the area including: Queen Creek Marketplace; San Tan Village Mall; The Olive Mill; San Tan Flats; The Windmill Winery; Casa Grande Ruins National Monument; all that Gold Canyon has to offer - hiking, horseback riding, golfing, ATVing, and more.

We lived the place , out of the crazyness of the city but yet close enough to go for a nice dinner. I also love the fact they had seasoning in the cupboard . Place was super clean bed was comfortable , pool was nice and warm what else can a see .... great hosts and highly recommend renting.

Perfect! The home was beautiful, spotless, great location and the hosts always available to answer any questions that might arise! Arizona Adventure

A beautiful fully equipped home with the best backyard. Jim and Cathy thought of every detail and it was the cleanest property we have ever rented. The location is perfect, close to all attractions and amenities you would need. We used the pool and spa almost everyday during warm weather, so beautiful and private. And the sunrises and sunsets were a sight to behold! The hosts were so helpful regarding the area and were available immediately if you needed their assistance with anything, can’t thank them enough. We would recommend this home, a 10 out of 10!

It was a private paradise. The home was immaculate. The pool and jacuzzi were very well tended and a joy to use daily. The backyard is so private and wonderful. The furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The owners were so easy to reach and a pleasure to deal with.

Beauty & Cleanliness of property

The home was beautifully decorated and and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The enclosed pool area was beautiful and felt welcoming. We were able to reach the places we intended so visit. We were recently married and considered this our honeymoon. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation.

Great winter getaway

Enjoyed a week at the property to escape the midwest winter. Enjoyed many of the local hikes 20-30mins away and a couple days driving into the city (about 60min) property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Kids LOVED the pool!

Very classy and clean!

I was very happy with our stay. The house is beautiful, furnished comfortably and immaculate! The host was quick to respond to any questions and great to work with. Check in and out process was easy. Wonderful stay

The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, with comfortable beds. Heated pool used only once cause weather was too cold but enjoyed the hot tub. Best part was the kitchen. Loved it! So well stocked!

Relaxed Getaway

The pictures do not do this home justice. You walk in and feel right at home. Has very nice touches that make the home organized and easy to find things. Very clean and well thought out design of the home. The owner reached out a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed and to be sure and let them know if they could help in any way. Very nice family neighborhood with a nearby park. My family would love to come back to stay again.

Perfection

From booking to check-out, the whole process couldn't have been better. Communication was quick and friendly. Custom access code for entry to the house, and absolutely spotless upon entry. House was exactly as described, and tastefully furnished with little hints of Arizona sprinkled though, but not overdone. The guestbook was very informative, and had all relevant information about the rental. The pool was sparkling clean, and at a perfect temperature, as was the hot tub. The south-facing backyard gets (in November) sun from 9:30am until 3:30-4pm, and is a sun-worshippers dream. The house was well stocked with spices and condiments, games and activities for kids, pool toys and floaters, and books for the adults to read as well. The area, although a little far from Phoenix Metro, has all that you could possibly want within a 15-20 minute drive. Shopping, food, hiking, restaurants, etc.. It is clean, quiet, and totally safe. Some of the things that we did in the area that were absolutely amazing were the Queen Creek Olive Mill, Goldfield Ghost Town, Superstition Mountains Museum, San Tan Flat, and Hiking in the San Tan Mountains... If you're looking for the perfect house, you found it!! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Just like home

We certainly enjoyed our stay at Jim and Cathy's beautiful home. It's everything as described and more with everything one needs for a stay away from home. Communications were top notch and checking in and out was a breeze. If we visit our family in the area again we would surely hope this property would be available..

Comfortable clean home

We enjoyed our time at this well decorated and stocked home. Everything you’d need is there to enjoy a relaxing week by the pool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Pool was nice and warm on a couple cooler days, and hit tub was relaxing as the sun came up.

Great experience at Magma Ranch!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this VRBO. This was our first experience reserving one and we would definitely do it again. The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, and well equipped with dishes and cookware. We had everything we needed to spend time with friends and family. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a great way to relax in the evening. Jim and Cathy were so nice and accomodating. We hope to visit again.

Excellent Christmas Getaway

We had a great stay in this beautiful home! It was the perfect size, and very clean. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO’s and this house is the most well stocked we’ve ever had! The hosts were fantastic to work with and very quick to respond with any questions 👍🏻 We would highly recommend this rental to anyone, and if the case would arise…we would definitely come back!
