New ownership same commitment to exceptional reviews. Studio is located on the second floor at The International. The International is a quaint private beachfront community which includes a pool and a recreation room. The common area also includes WIFI connection and a laundry room on each floor. The studio features a queen size bed, full size kitchen, large closet and separate linen closet. All linens and kitchenware are included. Building is centrally located near shopping and restaurants. 1 car free parking. Unit also offers cable TV. Please reach out should you have any questions.

Love this location and property. It was clean and had all of the items we needed for the beach. Nice toiletries and towels. Lots of kitchen items as well. Pool was nice and beach was private!

Best place we have ever stayed

The property was beautiful and so well put together. We felt right at home and the private beach access was a real winner. This has been the best experience we have ever had and definitely will be back! So beautiful and exactly like advertised

Probably the best VRBO stay, so far, for me. Perfect location. Gated property. RIGHT on the beach. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured....and MORE! Very well maintained, lots of amenities. Property manager was amazing - very responsive and helpful I will definitely be going back.

Relaxing week in South Florida

This studio condo was clean, well organized and provided basic things like trash bags, baggies, kitchen necessities, towels, hair dryer, ice, blankets and some bathroom necessities. Being the perfect size for just the 2 of us, we enjoyed the sunshine, pool and the private beach daily. Almost all of the clientele was older so there were not kids at the pool to contend with. It was a calm and a secure place to stay with a gated entrance and exit. We’d like to visit again soon!

Lauderdale by the Sea Gem

We are first time renting a property. Overall, an outstanding experience. Susy could not have been more helpful. The unit was exactly as advertised. Beautiful location. Wonderful building. Immaculate. Could not have asked or wished for anything more, just wish I had more vacation time! Thank you so much to the owners for letting us enjoy their little slice of heaven. Just AMAZING!!

This property is a dream come true!! It has all the amenities you could ask for ! The condo itself is decorated bright and cheerful and has a magnificent ocean view!! You walk out the gate and you're on the beach !! I originally booked for two weeks, and then added ANOTHER TWO WEEKS!! Susy is a PLEASURE to communicate with , and is attentive to every need!!. I WILL BE BACK REAL SOON !!

Relaxing Getaway

The property was exactly as it was pictured. Studio was so clean, cozy and the location was perfectly located to restaurants and shopping. When I walk out the condo door my view is the beautiful pool and just feet in the distance is the beautiful beach. Relaxed on the quite beach with no crowd. I Highly recommend this property, it has everything you need. Sleeps (4), Full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots / pans utensils…. Just like being home. The owner stayed in touch with me. She contacted me on my arrival to be sure I got in. Suzy checked on me during my stay and again at check out. It was very appreciative that she was available via text or calls. I Highly recommend this Cozy, Clean, Relaxing property. SLB

Absolutely wonderful!

This little studio is perfect. It has everything needed and an amazing view of the ocean and the pool! The beach itself was fun but tons of seaweed made it not a place we did not want to swim. Thankfully Pompano Beach was a quick drive up the street and was clean and great for swimming. This studio is within driving distance of everything. The restaurants and the nightlife was really fun! The only hangup we had was getting into the studio for the first time. We were given the wrong door code and it took a couple hours to get the correct one. We just used that time to get dinner while we waited. Once in, everything else was smooth sailing. Thank you Susy!!

Beachy perfection

We absolutely loved this adorable studio! Not only was it immaculate, but the host thought of absolutely everything from chip clips to umbrellas, chairs and a cooler. We could not have been happier and we look forward to staying again.

Loved this jewel

We were so blessed to be able to stay at Suzie’s studio apartment. Was everything we anticipated it to be. Perfect for two people. Just a stroll to the beach. Very clean. We were able to leave home earlier than anticipated so we arrived a day earlier than expected. Fortunately Suzie was able to accommodate an extra night for us. We enjoyed this little jewel very much. Close to most attractions we had planned to do and a few things that we found to do along the way.

Just perfect

We loved staying in Susy's unit! From the very first message exchange, she was kind, patient, helpful and accommodating. The unit is literally on the beach, just as described. We walked downstairs and the pool was right there. Walked down about 20 feet and there was the private beach. It was quiet and peaceful and perfectly sized for 2-4 people. It had everything we needed and then some. The bed was pretty comfortable and the pull-out couch was an option, but we didn't even need it. The full kitchen has dishes, pots, and any other items you would need, just as if you were at home. Susy has everything, including beach towels, a cooler and chairs for the beach. It is in the perfect location and we absolutely cannot wait to visit again. 💜

Great little property for a small family or couple. My son and I enjoyed our stay. Everything needed is in the studio. It was very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and right on the beach. Pool was very large.

Perfect vacation rental!

My husband and I spent 10 days and it was perfect! The unit was cozy and spotless! Cleaner than any place we have stayed!! Host was very accommodating. Unit had everything we needed and then some. Can’t wait to return!
