Living Room w/ Smart TV, Primary Bed & Game Room w/ Smart TV. Laundry room w/ new washer/dryer. The neighborhood has groceries, restaurants & small retail shops within walking distance. Conveniently located in the heart of Mission, 30 mins from KC airport, 10 mins from The Country Club Plaza, 15 to DT KC, P&L district or Convention Center.

4 BEDROOMS - 3 KING BEDS + 1 QUEEN + 2 Pull Out Couches can be found in this cozy rental. All provide you with the high-level comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring the natural beauties of KC. 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 1 of the 3 baths are in finished basement.
★BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY★
2 FULL bath + 1 HALF bath are fully stocked for your convenience. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash will be found in a dispenser in the shower. We’ve provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.
If you find yourself needing to do a load of laundry, have no fear! We’ve provided an in unit washer and dryer with laundry detergent.

There's a full kitchen at your disposal, full set of dishes, flatware, glasses, serving dishes and cookware to help you feel right at home.
★OUTDOOR SPACE★
Our home offers a fenced backyard with patio where your family and friends can sit on the porch, dine and have fun sharing stories.
★PARKING and ACCESS ★
**One car garage is available for use as well as driveway parking. Please utilize these options.
★PETS - We do allow well behaved pets with prior approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a pet fee that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. If you have any questions, please let us know. Unapproved pets are not permitted. Guests are required to pick up after their pet.
You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery, retail and restaurants and a short drive to highways, the chiefs/royals stadium, Power & Light/T-Mobilie Center, conference center, local hospitals and more!

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors and respectful of quiet hours. Do not block neighbor parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your 5 star stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!
Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.
There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you.
NOTE: There is an exterior security camera at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7.

Oh hey! Welcome to our little business. We are the Wright's, John, Amber and our two kiddos, Hunter and Duke. Our journey into vacation rentals all started because we we were married in Sonoma, CA at Cornerstone Gardens (check it out if you stay with us in Sonoma!). We love wine country so much that it was our dream to buy a home there that we could enjoy with family & friends, as well as share with others. The first time we set foot on The Acacia Farmhouse property we fell in love, as well as met some neighbors, who are now good friends. We loved it so much we expanded in the community. Our expansion into Kansas City is because Amber grew up there and as our extended family grows we love having the flexibility to stay in our homes when we travel to visit the KC fam :) The sunflower in our logo is because 1.) Amber has a sunflower obsession and has passed it on to her daughter, Hunter 2.) It is the Kansas State Flower and 3.) They are all over wine country, so we felt this deserved a place in our logo.
