Welcome to our freshly renovated suite in a quiet, safe neighborhood ideal for families, friends, and young adventurers. Enjoy a comfortable space with everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. We’re just 5 minutes from Steveston Village, 8 minutes from Richmond Centre, 15 minutes from YVR, and 35 minutes from Downtown Vancouver. Great food, cafés, and grocery stores are all close by. Come explore, unwind, and make great memories here!

Access to your suite is 100% private. Self check-in with keyless door lock. Guests enjoy the whole guest suite exclusively and nothing is shared. The guest suite includes a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette (No stove allowed due to local bylaw), and a full bathroom.
Our cozy suite is designed for travelers who want comfort and convenience. It features two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, and a bright living area with modern appliances. You’ll find a smart TV for movie nights, in‑suite laundry, and easy parking options.
The location is a real advantage: It's easy to get around Richmond and beyond. In just minutes, you can reach Steveston Village, the West Dyke Trail, and the beautiful waterfront, perfect for walks, cycling, and great local seafood. You’re also close to Ironwood Plaza, Richmond Country Farms, and a wide selection of restaurants and shops.
For bigger outings, Richmond Centre, CF Lansdowne, and the night market are a short drive away. Vancouver Airport is nearby, and quick access to Highway 99 makes trips to downtown Vancouver, Tsawwassen Mills, or the ferries simple and convenient.
This makes our suite a perfect base whether you’re here for outdoor adventures, sightseeing, or simply a relaxed stay in a convenient neighborhood.
A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9:30 pm to 7:30 am
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
- Only registered guests are allowed; any unapproved additional overnight guests will incur extra‑person fees
