Seaside Serene Suite is a studio condo at Emerald by the Sea Condominium. This luxurious condo offers a multitude of amenities.
This cozy but luxury studio condo has great vibes, perfect for a relaxing getaway, and/or for a small family trip. While at the condo on the 6th floor, you will have access to all the amenities including the theatre room, game room, lounge area, etc. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, tv and wifi. 1 bedroom with 1 king bed and 2 convertible sofa beds (3 beds total). Your private balcony has amazing city views while you watch the ships at a distance.
Once you walk out of your condo you’ll have direct access (same floor) to the heated luxury pools and jacuzzi & the most beautiful outdoor kitchens... all while you enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf and city views of Galveston Island. Your lounge chair overlooking the Gulf Coast awaits you!
The friendly Emerald by the Sea concierge will welcome you and take care great care of you during your stay. The staff will check you in, provide you guest condo keys, fob for the building, and wristbands for registered guests. (Please ensure you have your ID/driver’s license. They will also ask for your car license plate # for parking permit).
Please keep in mind that this unit has a a maximum occupancy of 4 guests (including infants and children). No additional guest , even temporary, will be allowed on the premises. The guest checking in is required to be at least 21 years or older.
NOTE: When booking, PLEASE add the exact # of guests total that will be staying and to be considered a registered guest during check-in. This is to ensure all guests are accounted for. They won’t allow access into the condo for unaccounted or temporary/additional guests.
NO smoking or pets allowed inside the condo. (However, there is a designated smoking area outside on the patio/pool deck).
