The Wolf Chalet has been a guest favorite (>200-5 star reviews) for the last 4 years thanks in part to the previous owner's care and attention to visitors. As new owners we will continue this legacy.

For those new to Wolf Chalet, this cabin is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath with two living rooms (2,100 sq. ft.) nestled in a level area (easy walk and biking for kids) of the prime Moonridge neighborhood — just five minutes from Big Bear Mountain ski resort.

SEASONAL NOTES
• During snow season, chains or 4WD may be required by local law.
• A dedicated ski and snowboard space is available for guest use during the winter months, complete with a four-boot warmer to keep your gear ready for the next day on the slopes.
Please use the mud room and garage areas for all snow equipment and outerwear — no snow gear inside the main living areas, thank you!
• Driveway snow removal is seasonally contracted from 1st to last snowfall

DURING YOUR STAY
• Please leave the home in the condition found at check-in
• A mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for longer visits
• No rearranging furniture or removing décor
• No Smoking
• Designated baskets (below the coat rack) for clean and dirty dog towels are provided in the mud room. A poop bag dispenser is installed on the inside left wall of the main entrance door. Please pick up after your pets onsite and in the neighborhood.

SAFETY
• A Ring doorbell camera at entrance is required by San Bernadino County for exterior security. There are no interior cameras at this property.
• Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors installed throughout.
• There is a fire extinguisher at every house level; garage, 1st floor, 2nd floor. First-aid kit is available in the laundry room.
