Finca Mariella in S'Horta

Finca Mariella is located above the Vall d'Or golf course and only a few kilometres away from S'Horta and Portocolom. S'Horta is a quaint village within minutes of reach. There are two small supermarkets in the village, a bacery, cafés and two restaurants. Portocolom is at about 5 kilometres distance. This enchanting fishing village offers two beaches, shopping facilities and a nice variety of restaurants along the seaside promenade with spectacular views of the harbour. Also in a short travelling distance there is the holiday resort Cala d'Or, which offers a wide variety of leisure and spare time activities. There is a pedestrian zone with boutiques, restaurants, bars and pubs, a large supermarket, water sports, tennis and a lot more. No less than 7 beaches are waiting to take a sun bath or a swim in the sea and the luxurious marina offers fine dining restaurants with views of the yachts and boats.

Finca Mariella is a neat and sunny holiday home with splendid views from all rooms. From the entrance door to the left there is a bright living room with adjoining dining room and open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar. The living room is cosy and offers an open fireplace and two French doors to the terrace and the pool areas. The sleeping area is on the opposite side. It consists of three bedrooms, one of which with a double bedroom, the other two with twins. All bedrooms have Frech doors towards the terrace and are sharing two bathrooms, one with a shower cabin, the other one with a bathtub.

Finca Mariella is located on a terraced plot of land with splendid views up to the sea. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace. There is another terrace along the house, which is partially covered and furnished with a dining table and smaller tables in front of the bedrooms. The brick-built BBQ is next to the dinner terrace. Furthermore, there is a play house for children and a sandbox as well as a ping-pong table.

About 50 metres from the house, there is an electric generator, providing the electricity needed. It makes a buzzing sound twice a day for about 2 to 3 hours, which can only be heard outside.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.

Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
